Located in upper Timberline Village three miles East of Packwood. The cabin is set in a small cul-d-sac on a quiet wooded lot. Address is 104 Long Branch Lane, Packwood, WA 98361.

It's approximately 5 miles from Mount Rainier National Park and 15 miles from White Pass skiing. The neighborhood is surrounded by Gifford Pinchot National Forest with many hiking trails nearby. The property is at 1500 feet elevation.

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are located on the main floor. The stairs off the living room lead you into the first bedroom that has a full size bed. A door from this room leads you into a second bedroom that has a queen size bed, and a balcony that has a mountain view through the tall fir trees.

Our cabin offers the perfect place to get a good night rest for the outdoor adventure seekers or a quiet getaway from the city at a great nightly rate. It provides lodging as close to Mt. Location is great

  • 3 of 5

The house was very convenient for the hiking we wanted to do. We did feel for an effective rate of $160 per night, it should have had some nicer touches like a better stocked kitchen, more than 2 DVDs, and a bit more space. Nothing to change, except for charging less I think!

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review. This gives me the opportunity to educate future guests on the amenities. The cabin has wifi and a Netflix account you can use. Just push the red Netflix button on the remote and you will have access to a lot of shows and movies. There is a full kitchen and if anyone suggests something I don't have I typically add it if there is room. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. My goal is to provide a great budget cabin option where you have outstanding access to Mt. Rainier and the community swimming pools in the Summer. In the Winter you are as close to White Pass skiing as you can get while staying in a cabin. It's also only 3 miles from the great town of Packwood.

Cozy cabin, clean, well maintained and has everything you need plus some for a getaway. My sons and I really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to getaway or be close to mt. Rainier, packwood, or the pass to get some skiing or snowboarding in. I'll visit again for sure.
