Short walk to the sound with pier, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and park and boat ramp access. Beach access with parking lot located less than a mile away. Also less than a 10 minute drive to the 4X4 beach ramp. The home has 2 master bedrooms with king beds. A first floor bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. A double twin room and a large room with 2 bunk beds perfect for kids. Location is perfect close to grocery stores, shopping, and lots of dining options. Come enjoy your stay at “Suns Up”!
