Rent this entire beautiful 560 square meter (6,028 SF) custom contemporary home with private pool and entertaining. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 CR's, custom Western style kitchen, 2 story high living & dining area, several very large outdoor terraces, large swimming pool with kiddie area, outdoor shower & BBQ grill, Billard/air hockey/ping pong table, outdoor gazebo, central hot water, 7 air conditioners throughout the home, poolside entertaining area with kitchenette, beverage refrigerator and high-end karaoke setup.

Events are allowed and just need to be coordinated with the onsite manager. The manager resides in a separate apartment on the property so is readily available. Rental of this property is exclusive with nothing shared with anyone, including the manager.

There are 6 standard 6' rectangular tables and (42) folding chairs available for use at no charge. Rental of property includes unlimited use of 3 in 1 billiard table, videoke, pool, etc.

There are beverages and snacks available for purchase from the site manager if desired. There are also various wines and liquors offered for purchase as well, most of which are not readily available locally.
