The fully equipped kitchen is nearby, with a breakfast bar that makes serving or prepping meals simple. You’ll find all the dishes, pots & pans, utensils, drinkware and other kitchenware tucked away in the full kitchen, making budget friendly meals easy at any time of day. Seat 6 at the dining table, with additional seating available at the counter or at the table on the deck.

Ready for some quiet time? The king size primary suite features soothing aqua décor and a private en suite bath with a double vanity and tub & shower combo. Down the hall you’ll find a queen bedroom, bunk bedroom that sleeps up to 4 guests, and another full bath.

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
