Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse! The place is beautiful , just step from your back porch to the sand. Check-in was very easy and communication with the manager. It was perfect. The location is exactly what we needed ….close to Rosemary Beach and upscale restaurants for us and close to PierPark for the kids enjoy casual dining and fun activities.

Good place for families

This place has great views, plenty of space for families, and is very clean. Most of the condo has been recently updated. Communication is always smooth. This was our 3rd stay here and we plan to return.

Fantastic location with amazing sunsets

Arrived at the property and the wow factor was there from the start on the location and views from property. The facilities in the property were very good and both families had a great stay.

Awesome place

We take a family vacation every year. This year we chose PCB. The stay was awesome, it rained the first day, the owner had lots of board games to play, the tv’s were big, new and nice. The beach was only steps away, we didn’t have to drag coolers to the beach, when we were hungry we were close enough to walk up. What they don’t tell you about this place is the, it has a wet bar with a nice ice machine, you’ll never need to buy a bag of ice. I highly recommend this place. I will say parking is tight if you have more than two cars. It’s a 5 stay for sure.

Perfect for our large family

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Right on the beach so the views were amazing. Will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This is a great place to stay with family of all ages!

This rental was great! All the amenities were perfect for our large family. The location is superb. This was our second year to stay in this unit. We will definitely be staying in it again. Very easy access to the beach and the pool without the large crowds.

This place was perfect!

We had a girls weekend for a birthday celebration at Cast A Waves and it was perfect!! We had 8 stay over and there was more than enough room. The beds were all comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and the decor was gorgeous. We all talked about how we would love to stay again!!

Loved it!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront townhome! The remodel is beautiful—with new floors, a modern kitchen, and a convenient laundry room. The views from the home are stunning, and everything was spotless and well cared for. You can really tell the owners take pride in the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway and would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful beachfront townhome has become a favorite for our family—this is our second year staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! There’s plenty of room for everyone, the home is always spotless, and the views are unbeatable. Communication with the property manager is excellent, which makes everything so easy. We’ll definitely be back again!

Paradise for a week!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Cast a Waves. The home is beautifully decorated and although the building had 5 units we never heard the neighbors. It felt like a private beach house. It was so great to be able to sit on the porch and let the kids run in the sand and crab hunt at night. Being just steps to the beach gave our family so much more time on the beach. So grateful to have found this perfect home! We will be back next year!

Perfect

We had a blast at Cast A Waves! Everything was perfect. The layout of the unit was absolutely fantastic. The bedrooms were great and completely sound proof from the downstairs which was great with toddlers for nap and bedtime. The deck was great and loved how close it was to the beach. Wasn’t crowded like at a high rise which was great! All our needs were met and I will most definitely love to rent this again!! Thank you so much for your beautiful place.

Amazing Beachfront Stay!

We had the most wonderful week! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spectacular Gulf views right from the living room and bedrooms. The home is beautifully appointed with spacious living area, plenty of room for everyone, and thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and the large dining area made family dinners extra special. Our group also loved the shared beachfront pool, outdoor shower, and private boardwalk that made beach access effortless and fun for everyone. The location on the quieter West End of Panama City Beach was ideal. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories together. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a beachfront getaway!

Great beach access. The pool had algae. The home is in need of work. The handrail to the upstairs bedrooms was falling apart, we had bugs, light switches did not have cover plates, some lights were hanging out of the ceiling. We texted and emailed the host but never heard back.
