The house was very large and beautiful but there wasnt as much hang out space for everyone in the house because there were so many rooms. Overall it was amazing that we could all stay together though!

This place does not deserve a 5 star rating, it deserves a 10 star! This place was perfect for our youth church trip! Clean, lots of space, and close to things to do. I hope to book again. Book it! You won’t be disappointed!

We had 21 folks stay here for a company off-site for 4 days. It was the perfect location and space for all of us. Although there were a lot of us, it never felt crowded and there was tons of space for activities and meetings. Highly recommend!

Seeing the bears climbing in the trees was a highlight of the trip. We had a group of 40. The large kitchen was wonderful. We had a great time. Now, if they could just take care of the traffic going to Pigeon Forge.

Great House

This property was gorgeous! It had plenty of space for 90 of us! We enjoyed our spring break trip here with our college & young adult ministry for a week and everyone loved it! It was only a half a mile away from downtown Gatlinburg which was really nice to be able to walk right there. Very great overall stay!

Great Location but Needs Maintenance

The location of this lodge is great. The space is very large. Our group enjoys the spacious kitchen. However, there are several issues with maintenance that must be addressed. It appears there hasn't been anyone to come in and inspect in a while.

Family gathering

Everything was really nice, the only problem we had was the downstairs toilet in one of the room's stay stopped up even after they came and unstop it. The hot water heater downstairs went out twice and we had not hot water.

Book Grand Orchard Lodge now!!

My family and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was awesome. This lodge has 4 floors so there was plenty of room to spread out. It has 20 bedrooms (each with an en-suite) and a couple half bathrooms near the main living area and bottom floor near the pool table. The kiddos loved the 2 bunk bed rooms and had their own little sleepovers which gave the adults their own space. The kitchen area is huge with plenty of dining space. There is 2 of everything (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, etc). There was also ample parking approx. 14 - 16 parking spots reserved for Grand Orchard so parking was never an issue (even when we came in late from dinner). The drive to the lodge was pretty easy and not as far up the mountain as I expected (which was a plus)! My family and I will definitely book here again.

Needs TLC

I paid a lot of money for this house, upon arrival. Remotes no backs, no batteries. Some TV’s wouldn’t work. Freezer door wouldn’t open, stove had broken door. Floor was so dirty had to wash feet after walking barefooted the first time.

We had 70 guests ( 55 adults & 15 children) cabin did not feel crowded. Kitchen and dining area had plenty of room. Movie room was great kids loved it. The decks had plenty of room. The hot tubs were clean and used daily. Bed rooms were perfect. Cabin was very clean before checkin. Located walking distance to Gatlinburg. Communication from host, Stony Brook cabins, was informative. Everyone loved the cabin.
