Waterfront cottage on the Intracoastal Waterway. Private home with direct access to the water just steps from the backdoor. Panoramic views of the sunset. Perfect for quiet getaway but minutes from attractions in Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Historic Beaufort, shopping and more. This home offers outdoor living with fenced yard, spacious deck, firepit on the edge of the water, shallow water boat lift and dock. The interior boasts glass sunroom on the back
The space
Open floor plan with living room ,dining , and kitchen. Sun porch with beautiful view of the water that opens onto the deck. Three bedrooms total. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one has 2 twins . Full bathroom off the hall and half bathroom connecting primary bedroom to the kitchen. Outdoor area has large fenced yard , fire pit area over looking the water. Boat lift and room to park a trailer. Parking for 2 cars available.

Overall the property was absolutely beautiful. The yard was very well cared for. The interior didn’t seem to be cleaned, there was pet dander and dust on furniture and floors. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean. The home was beautifully decorated and had great magazines for things to do in the area.

This place is amazing! It is even better than described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is comfortable, the host is so, so nice and so easy to work with. The view is unbelievable. We also appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dogs We had the best vacation! and we will stay there again.

Great home and location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The hostess was so friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to help us feel welcome. The location is just beautiful. Our kids loved fishing and kayaking right from the backyard. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Great house!

This was the perfect getaway for my whole family! We loved that it was close to the beach, but far enough away for some peace amd quiet! My husband and son loved the outdoor space and caught numerous fish, and I loved the patio area with the fire pit! The outdoor shower was a big bonus with my young son coming home from the beach covered head to toe in sand!! Will definitely be staying again!

First stay on ICW

Very comfortable home. Enjoyed sunroom views. Saw pairs of Osprey and Egrets. Did some casting and fishing from dock. Relaxed and enjoyed time with daughter and grands in celebrating her birthday.

Relaxing Mother's Day Weekend

The location is situated perfect for one of the best views you can find! The dogs loved running through the back yard and it was great to sit on the back porch and watch the boats cruising by as well!

I didn't want to leave!

Allyson is the BEST property manager ive ever worked with. The house has every brand name cleaning product in the world. The bathroom even has a small medical kit. The location is gorgeous. We showed up 12 hours after they took a direct hit from Tropical Storm Ophelia. The yard was clean and you couldn't even tell. Everywhere else was still recovering. Again just excellent management. My only comment would be if you love to cook bring your own cooking utensils and pans. Such an amazing trip!

A gem on the Crystal coast!!

Million dollar view! If only I could bottle this up and take it home with me. The owner is lovely/very accessible. She’s thought of every detail inside & out to make our family vacation turnkey. I so appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, free wi-fi, several streaming channels, lovely fresh clean house with a large fenced-yard and deck overlooking Bouge Sound. It’s 4-paws-up from our pampered pooch. Without hesitation we’ll book again. While you’re here definitely check-out Swansboro… such a sweet waterfront town just down the road. Great seafood and boutique shops.

Most amazing stay ever

We loved the house so much. We planned to eat out several times last week but changed our due to loving just staying at the house. Highly recommend the stay on the bay side, for years we stayed beach front, but something about this stay was so much different. Very relaxing and great house

Better than expected!

To be clear I expect a good time every where I pay to go. This was no different but walking in was a very positive surprise. The photos do not show the space this place provides and the comfort also. The host was accommodating, responsive and the location was great. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fabulous getaway

We really enjoyed our stay over the holiday. The kayaks and bikes allowed for fun activity at the house and the view was amazing. Such a bonus to have a fenced in backyard right on the water.

Absolutely lovely/peaceful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this place - the view, the layout of the house, fenced in yard, quietness of the neighborhood, extra fouton for sleeping, outside sitting areas, bikes and kayaks, and not too far from a store, all make the stay enjoyable. The only thing we were just a little disappointed at was that we wanted to fish and cast a net. Both were really difficult with all the jagged rocks along the shore. Looking at the pictures, it appears you can stand on the boat dock and fish and cast a net. That did help but it was still a little difficult with the rocks. We had little ones fishing so they weren't able to cast far and kept getting lines hung up. Only mention this as it was our experience and just the chance you take as almost all properties along an inlet are this way. Extending that boat dock with a littlle pier would have made this absolutely perfect. Owners were attentive to questions and kitchen was stocked except for a few items that will probably be taken care of since this is a new rental. The view and peacefulness of the place is exceptional.

Wonderful Stay

This house is located in a nice little neighborhood and is very quiet and peaceful. The view was beautiful and the house is nice and clean. The sunroom was really nice with beautiful views of the sound and The backyard and deck right on the water was great for crabbing and fishing. Loved that kayaks and bikes were there available for use. And Not too far of a drive to the beach We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back soon.
