Duplex moderno recientemente remodelado en el Oceanside a 5 minutos a pie de la playa. Excelente sala de estar con cocina de última generación con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y equipada para un chef. La encimera de granito es una barra de trabajo y comer. También hay un comedor separado. El salón tiene una gran chimenea a leña de gas con TV de pantalla plana de 50 "en la repisa con cable, internet, WiFi y un DVD. El primer piso tiene 2 dormitorios, uno con cama King y otro con cama Queen. El baño tiene una gran ducha. Porche exterior con mosquitero de 14x24 con ducha de agua fría y caliente y solárium separado de 14x14. El segundo piso tiene 2 habitaciones cada una con sistemas divididos de HVAC súper silenciosos para configuraciones de confort individual. 1 habitación con cama Queen. Segundo dormitorio, retiro para niños, tiene 2 camas de día con nidos. La sala de niños tiene mucho espacio para hacer rompecabezas, y muchos juguetes. El baño de arriba es grande con bañera profunda y ducha de hidromasaje. El dueño tiene su arte en todas partes con muchas sorpresas.
Hay un apartamento debajo que tiene un inquilino a tiempo completo. Los pisos entre las unidades superior e inferior tienen aislamiento adicional para ayudar a controlar el sonido.

Family Vacation

Nice home. Plenty of room. Not a far walk to beach. There were wagons their to use if needed. Kitchen well stocked and also bath towels. We had a nice week. Owner very nice and responsive to all questions and concerns.

Wedding Getaway

The perfect spot for our long weekend! The house is exactly as described…there was plenty of space for our group of 7 to enjoy time together or spread out a little. It’s off the main road but it’s tucked back in the trees so the road noise was never an issue! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here in this lovely home. The house is extremely clean and comfy. We had everything we needed. My favorite thing about the house is the peaceful screened-in back porch. The walk to the beach is easy. We would stay here again!

Lovely stay!

Beautiful place, beautiful location. Has a full kitchen which makes for easy entertaining. Lots of information and quiet neighborhood.

Awesome VRBO!

We were only able to stay a short weekend for a family members wedding but we will be staying at this home again! It was beautifully decorated, conveniently located to beach, stocked with everything you could imagine for a family. This house is roomy with 4 bedrooms, cozy screened in back porch, & a awesome kitchen. This is the best VRBO we’ve ever rented.

Nice place to stay just down the street from the beach. Extremely enjoyed the back porch for my coffee/reading and hanging out with the our little dogs. All it needs is a porch fan. It was peaceful.

Sea fishing trip

Had a great time staying at this property the owner was very helpful she would reach out when needed through the app to chat. The cleanliness we found some leftover party balloons under our bed but besides that this place was great for me and my family. We felt at home and the kids really Enjoyed all the toys it made their day ! Thank you

First time to Emerald Isle, the house was lovely and well appointed. Plenty of gathering spaces and all the amenities that a beach house requires. The manager was very helpful and made sure all was as expected. Should we return to E.I. We will surely use the house again.

Summer 2019

We had a great stay at this property in Emerald Isle. The 2 weeks we stayed just flew by! The house was just a short walk to the beach and close to some great restaurants. Plenty of room for all 6 of us! Marsha, the owner, is a great communicator and if you have any problems at all she is quick to fix it.

Good Stay for a small family!

Enjoyed our stay in this Artsie home. However, we were VERY surprised when we arrived to see two vehicles already there... We were not told prior to booking that there was a separate rental BELOW this VRBO and hence we were having to share parking space with an whole additional family.

Emerald Isle 2023

This property is well maintained and is dog friendly which is a "plus" in our household. The Owner and Property Manager were very responsive to our questions and made us feel right at home. We found the location convenient to the beach as well as to the retail and entertainment areas of the island. Lots of nice "extras" are provided such as beach chairs, beach cart and gas fired grille. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Peter Pan House"

Amazing place to spend a week with kids!

The 1st thing that we loved was the layout of the home. Having 3 children, the youngest only 2, we were worried about having separation between families so that everyone could have quiet time and we were pleasantly surprised at how the layout provided that privacy. The beach was a short walk which did get a little bit cumbersome with all the kiddos but it wasn't anything that we weren't prepared for. The response time of our host was amazing anytime we needed anything she was a short phone call away. Love this place and hope to return in the future!

Perfect for our family!

This was a lovely place to spend a long memorial day weekend! Plenty of room for 6 adults (3 couples) and 2 young children. We loved the deck and the grill was fantastic. Lot's of seating for meals, both inside and on the porch. We enjoyed being in the trees with the nice amounts of shade. The ~10min walk to the beach was easy, especially with the provided wagon to carry our beach chairs and umbrellas. Location to the grocery store and other shops was very nice as we were able to take a quick bike ride for nearly everything we needed instead of driving. It was great to be able to securely store our bikes under the porch. Great house!

Well it was 2/3 of a mile not a bad walk but you carry chairs tarp towels snacks phone sun screen toys a 6 yr old it was not an easy walk so we thought we could bring out golf car which it is insurance and regist for state of N C and got a $50 fine

Great family vacay spot!!

This is a great house with plenty of room for everybody!! Beds were super comfy, loved the floor plan---two bedrooms downstairs, (not a lot of stairs in general for a beach house). This is artist-owned and there are so many cool special touches--a porthole, a mural or two, very cool art and decor. It is off the main road which I didn;t realize at first but that wasn't a problem for us as we had other family there who live there. Awesome screened porch on back! The only areas for improvement might be seating in the main living area that was a little more comfortable (some of us are old!!!) and a ceiling fan outside on the porch. Otherwise, this place is stocked and ready to go. Awesome linens, cool A/C and more. Super great host, love that there were beach chairs, toys for the kids, games etc. One of our best beach trips ever.

I am a National Artist who has had the fun of doing work for the Smithsonian, Brooks and Dunn, AKC, National Cutting Horses and Clients throughout the world and winning national awards. My Media is Dry Brush Watercolor and I have been a College Professor and still teach private lessons. My son is my Apprentice who also is a Muralist and a Tattoo Artist. I now live in Beaufort on the water. You will find prints of my works throughout the house and murals by my son Ryan.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

How could an Artist not fall in love with such a beautiful place. The beach changes every day and the Sunsets are amazing it is so inspiring and so calming. Not only the sunsets but the morning walks on the beach watching the sun come up over the water takes your breath away. Bogue Island which Emerald Isle is located on the west end, has beaches that face South so the sun rises from the Ocean and sets in the Ocean....WOW.... Enjoy it all day long but watch the sun burn.

My family loved living here and still loves coming back for a visit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My home is unique. Only one room has a flat ceiling. So each room is a white canvas for art. In the next 5 years you will see more murals being added to the house to go with its name, 'Second Star to the Right '. Yes, that is Peter Pan but the paintings will be not just for kids but also adults. So not only will you have a wonderful beach experience but a unique living experience seeing how artists expel on their ideas. Come and watch the house morf into an experience itself.
