With one-bedroom, private patio, fully equipped kitchen, Queen Sofa Bed, High Speed Wifi, Desk, and outdoor furniture you will enjoy an unparallel stay.
Our location allows for complete silence, out of range of any bars, traffic or sound pollution source.

Our apartment has a incredible mix of modern and contemporary style with designer furniture, kitchen with granite countertops, a huge bathroom and spectacular illumination details.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the hole apartment with it's private patio, the lobby area and the shared roof garden area
The Neighborhood:
Located in the art of the iconic colonia Condesa you may find the best restaurants, bars, cafes and art galleries at a walking distance.
Our apartment complexs its located in the quieter part of condesa you may expect silence and a great night sleep.
Getting Around:
We do recommend moving by foot, bike, scooter or uber the distances usually are short because of our centric location
Other Things to Note:
The location is unmatched, steps away from Av Mazatlán moving by foot, bike, scooter, Uber or metro station it's a breeze
