Perfect for large families, girls' weekends, multi-generational trips, and friend reunions, this contemporary estate offers resort-style amenities, wide-open spaces, and endless entertainment—comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests.

• Bright open-concept living space with soaring ceilings and backyard views
• Oversized sectional, gas fireplace, TV, and shuffleboard table
• Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with large island and high-end appliances
• Dining table seating 10 for shared meals and celebrations

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Main-level primary suite with spa-style bath, soaking tub & waterfall shower
• Two additional king bedrooms on the main level (one en suite)
• Upper-level private king suite
• Kid-favorite bunk room with 3 built-in bunks (full-over-full + full-over-king)
• Private in-law suite with queen bed, kitchenette, bath & laundry

Crystal Cove Retreat is more than a stay—it's an experience. From pool days and game nights to lake adventures and fireside evenings, this is Lake Norman living at its best.

Important Notes for Your Stay:
• Heated Pool Option- Enjoy a warm swim! Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening.
• No Garage Parking- Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required.
• A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
• Lake Levels May Vary- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation fee. Only cleaning, pet and damage fees will be refunded.

Great for family gatherings

This property has it all. Wonderful accommodations for large families. Spacious kitchen and eating areas. The pool/spa was perfect. We especially enjoyed the large fire pit and the variety of games. Great for our 26-31 year old “kids”! Highly recommend.

This is a BEAUTIFUL house that has an array of fun activities to do while in property and a short walk to the fire pit and dock. The house and property is actually more impressive than the photos show online! It has so many fun amenities, our two stay night was just not enough to enjoy it all! And, the rooms and decor are beautifully appointed. We found the online listing and photos somewhat confusing but the host quickly answered questions and provided the information we were seeking in terms of # of rooms and beds. I highly recommend this home, especially if you have children/teens. We may book it again in the future! (Just be aware of additional charges for heating the pool water or requesting early arrival or late departure.)
