With five spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, Lake Effect comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, making it the ideal destination for family reunions, group vacations, or a serene retreat with friends—and yes, your dog is welcome too!

Step inside and you'll be greeted by a bright, airy space where natural light pours in and panoramic lake views captivate from nearly every room. The home's modern furnishings strike the perfect balance between comfort and style, offering an inviting place to unwind after a day on the lake. The main level of Lake Effect features a bright, open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining areas, and kitchen—perfect for gathering and entertaining. The fully stocked, modern kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with sleek appliances, generous counter space, and island seating for four, making it easy to prep meals while staying connected with the group. A cozy breakfast nook with seating for six offers a casual spot for morning coffee, while the formal dining room features an elegant square table that seats eight comfortably. *Pool season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During the off-season, pool heating is available for $100 per day.

We've partnered with a nearby marina to offer our guests brand-new tritoons, delivered right to your dock for convenience. Just ask about boat rentals, and we'll arrange for one to be delivered directly to you!


📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
🛥️ Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
