Steps to Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and everything Spa State park has to offer. Walking distance to Downtown Saratoga and a large supermarket. Saratoga Race Track is 1.5 miles away.

Beautiful place.

Very nice and friendly. Great communication, perfect location to everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. Definitely would stay again. Awesome people!

Overall our stay was okay. The location was awesome, a close walk to the park through back trails! The communication with the host was effective and allowed for a smooth entrance/exit. The apartment itself DID NOT have a pull out couch as advertised, leaving one of our guests without a bed. The faucet in the bathroom needed repairs, and it was clear that they were mid-paint job when we stayed. Overall, it served it's purpose well, but we will look elsewhere for our next stay for more comfortable lodgings.

Saratoga stay

A friend and I spent 2 weeks in Saratoga. The accommodations were excellent with total privacy. Close to the racetrack and downtown. Our host Melissa was super. She was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Planning on staying there next year.

Comfortable

I was in town for work, we were very happy as soon as we pulled up and walked in. We stocked fridge with quick food choices for very odd hours. It was the perfect place for me. Close to stores restaurants and the race track. The 10 days consisted of work with only 2 hours of sleep twice a day 5 of the days. This house was Quiet and we slept perfectly, great air conditioners Hot water and quiet The days we got to catch up on sleep in the day it was quiet and perfect. Very Comfortable and relaxing.

Saratoga Springs has an abundance of activities for both daytime and evening. From visiting the horse track or a scenic hike, followed by a great meal and live music you can build a perfect vacation within walking distance or only a short drive.

What makes this property unique

We have an historic property a little bit away from the busy city center. The apt is on the 3rd floor you feel like you are sleeping in an (air conditioned) treehouse. The best of both worlds!
