Estes Park Registration #6139 When you walk in the front door you enter into the living room which includes a large HDTV screen and a wood burning stove. Steps away on the main floor is the primary suite which offers luxury at its finest with a King size bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom with separate soaker tub and shower.

The Entire Home

There is also a second bedroom on the main floor with a King bed and direct access to a full bathroom. The dining room off of the large kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Step out onto the large deck and enjoy all the views of the mountains while cooking on the gas grill. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and crib, and one with two Twin beds. Off the hallway is a third full bath. Upstairs is a sitting area or kids play area. A fifth bedroom is on the lower lever with a King bed, and an additional full bath. The home is located a couple of blocks from Mary’s Lake. This is the perfect home for your family vacation!

Really only used the property for sleeping requirements and did not use the kitchen, hot tub and fabulous basement with all the gaming.

We stayed here for our son’s wedding. We had family staying together at this home. I can’t tell you how amazing this layout is for multiple families staying together. There are multiple living rooms and places to spread out! We had no problems while there and the view was fantastic!

Perfect place for family with kids

Wonderful home to enjoy family time!

We celebrated some birthdays with extended family and thoroughly enjoyed this home and its location. It was spacious and well equipped with lots of fun things to do. The close location to RMNP was also a huge plus and we enjoyed driving and hiking through the park!

We had an amazing time! The house was a perfect size, plenty of room for all 10 of us! Beautiful views and it was great eating out on the deck at night when we grilled out and sitting in the hot tub. The house was clean and plenty of towels, fans, extra blankets and everything. We had a wonderful time!

We were very pleased with the layout for 3 families in one house. It was perfect! Two bedrooms (one queen and another with two twins) and a bath upstairs allowed us to tuck the younger children in early while the rest of the family could play cards and enjoy relaxing on the main and lower level. The kitchen was well equipped, but we were disappointed that the grill (falling apart, unsafe to cook on) was unusable. We reached out to the owner who was very prompt to reply. They promised the maintenance person would take care of the grill but they didn’t get to us before we left a few days later. The property was close to town and Beaver Meadow Entrance of RMNP where even the 5 and 6 year old could hike around Bear Lake and up to Alberta Falls without trouble.

We had a wonderful time. Lots of room for all of us. Hot tub was very clean, we got in at night while it was snowing. The kitchen was spacious, and the dinning room table was big enough to sit all of us. Bedrooms were clean and spacious as well.

Sibling reunion of 5 couples

It was a nice place to stay. It has 3 levels so the stairs were a challenge for our group of 70+ years. It would also have been nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom.

Great Christmas House!

Large house with lots of different living spaces, plenty of room to spread out. Game room in basement with shuffle board, ping pong, and fuss ball. Location is wonderful - we went sledding in RMNP and went swimming at the Community Center. Well stocked kitchen and a garage that we could use. I would highly recommend!

Great house and location!

Unlike a lot of properties I find online, this one was even bigger than the pictures made it seem. And the location is hard to beat. You can be inside Rocky Mountain National Park in less than five minutes. And the kids loved the game room downstairs. The only slight downside is no air conditioning, but even in July we could just leave the windows open at night to cool the house. If we ever come back to Estes Park with a big group of people, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Spacious Property

Great property with multiple living areas which allow for adult and children separation. Really appreciated all the space and amenities the house offers. Only complaint would be parking. The garage was not deep enough for our three row SUV and the driveway can only hold two cars unless they are small.

It was more than I expected!!!

We were not disappointed at all! We loved our stay at this property. All the space, the games, and the coziness. Beautiful view!! We loved that it had all the utensils we needed to prepare a meal. Winter escape

Honestly we had a minor bump in the checking in process with the links to get check in information and the listing still showed that the vrbo had a day bed but actually getting into the house there was no longer a day bed. So the listing needs to be updated but otherwise it was a great stay.

Silvertree facility

Exceptionally clean facility. Kitchen was well stock with necessary glassware and other necessary kitchen utensils. Currently 6 beds were available in the facility, we had to request one more bed, which was delivered rapidly. Finished basement was specious and with ping pong table.
