This snowbird-friendly home away from home is part of the Fairway Oaks, a splendid complex with an outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy a fantastic location near endless dining options, supermarkets, and great attractions, including Cherry Grove Beach, McLean Park, Lost Treasure Golf, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, and The Carolina Opry.

As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you are greeted by a light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area provides you with a cozy spot where you and your family can unwind, watch TV, or play board games near the warmth of the gas fireplace. Equipped with all the major appliances needed, the full kitchen is a cook's playground. Prepare culinary masterpieces that you can enjoy either at the beautiful dining table or at the outdoor dining area on your private patio.

The first floor includes a primary bedroom with a TV and an en suite bathroom. The second floor features two additional guest bedrooms, one of them with a TV as well.

Family fun in Cherry Grove!

We stayed here for a little over a week and the property was fantastic! We had everything we needed the whole stay whether it was the cookware to make meals, or the comfy beds with fresh linens. We enjoyed evenings on the patio set with the light ocean breeze to keep us cool. The community is friendly and very quiet. The ability to walk to the pool and playground was fantastic for our family. Shopping, dining, and beach access were only a short 2-3 minute drive in either direction so we never had a shortage of activities to do! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Place is nice, community good, but the place floors were nasty and the blinds in sliding glass do...

I loved the community and the place was pretty but just not very clean.
