In the Condo, you'll find a full kitchen and spacious Living Room with a large TV for streaming the best movies. The primary bedroom has its own Ocean view and the third bedroom has bunk beds for all the kids.

This Condo Community has a strict no smoking and strict quiet hour policy. Guests will be removed if they break these Community Rules.

Parking is available for up to three vehicles.

No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES allowed at this Property.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.


You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

We will leave 3 parking passes in the Condo for our Guests upon arrival.
