This is a beautiful home located on the San Juan De Dios Rd in the mountain town of Platanillo. This 3-bedroom home (plus a small bungalow guest house) is at 1000 ft elevation which is perfect for cool breezes and ocean views. It is only 15 min from Playa Dominical and the beach, 5 min on a very well-maintained gravel road, and 10 min on a paved road. It is only 5 min from the center of Platanillo where you have a few restaurants and grocery stores. LONG-TERM 6+ MONTH RENTAL ONLY.
