Location, Location, Location.....It is unique for 2 reasons - size of the patio & 2024 upgrades....Condo is located just steps from the beach - less than 1/4 block....First Floor Poolside....Can comfortably sleep up to 9.....Keyless Entry....I will provide Door Code, Drive through Gate Code, Pedestrian Walk Through gate Code, WiFi Netork & Code.....Brass Rail #110 is extremely well appointed with a stainless steel kitchen, crown molding and plenty of space to kick back....1400 square feet….Leave you car behind in the gated underground parking lot as the condo is centrally located in the most desirable area of the Island.....Parking is expensive on Tybee but you will be within walking distance of most restaurants, entertainment and quaint shops at South Beach.....The pier is only 1/4 block away......2 covered, gated, and secure underground parking spaces....Beach wagon, 10' x 10' Pop Up Beach Tent, 4 beach chairs and beach toys for the kids....Condo community has gated access, hot tub, two pools and gazebo,.....There are 2 parking places for the condo.....75” Smart TV in Living Room and additional Smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms.…Weber Grill…You'll enjoy the outdoors from the over-sized patio overlooking two of the pools…..Outdoor dining seats 12....We also have 2 bicycles (beach cruisers) that you can use for a nominal charge - $1 per day….Come and Enjoy Tybee for a very unique experience.....Covered gazebo with restrooms for multi-family get togethers.....5 beds plus pull out couch.....We are new owners and would love to have you and your family as our guests!!

We had a wonderful time on Tybee Island! Our accommodations were perfect for 5 adults - and the hosts kept in contact with us for anything we might need. Wonderful stay in a well kept condo., just steps away from the beach. There was plenty of space for four women and an infant. The touches of home were a nice perk, as we utilized the beach supplies, sat on the large patio outside, and lounged inside with ease. The home is walking distance to pretty much anything you may need, so no car or golf cart is needed once there. 10/10 recommend this home for any one/group looking for a clean, relaxing, stay in Tybee!

This is one of the best locations and properties we have stayed at on Tybee island. Having the pool was a great option to the beach every day. Also all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts was a huge benefit.

We had a wonderful time in Tybee for our annual girls trip! The accommodations were wonderful - we loved the large patio, used the pool every day and loved the proximity to the beach. The condo included a wagon, chairs, tent, cooler - everything we needed for the beach! Within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. Dan was very communicative - quick to respond to our questions and gave great recommendations and instructions. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful condo, we really enjoyed the patio deck as well as the comfy indoor living room. Owner checked on us and helped us find a beach photographer on very short notice. It was also nice not having to bring our beach tent, wagon, chairs, and towels - all were available to use with the condo. The location is fantastic, the beach is so close and really nice restaurants in easy walking distance. Covered parking for two cars was perfect. We will definitely go back!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this condo by the beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we entered a dream vacation. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The patio was amazing! The host, Dan, was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic – close to local attractions and easy to get around. Brass Rail is a top quality construction project......Brass Rail #110 overlooks the pool area and what makes it unique is that it has an extended outdoor patio and is just steps away from the beach, restaurants and night life....We felt the location, proximity to restaurants & night life and the beach was the right fit…..We live in the Charlotte area and we use the Condo when it is not rented....Brass Rail is in the Heart of Tybee Island South Beach!

What makes this property unique

First Floor, Luxury Villa, Steps from the Beach, Glorious Pool View.....Pool, Kiddie Pool & Hot Tub in the common area....Close to everything....Extended Patio make #110 a unique outdoor layout....Pool is just below the patio…..Outdoor Gas Grill.....Open the patio door to experience the sounds of the ocean and seagulls....Elevator to your door.….Dine in or walk down the street to any of the many Tybee restaurants.....Park your car in the underground garage (2 spots) and just leave it....You will not need it....Probably the most relaxed & care free feeling you will experience any where.....You can take the Tybee Shuttle to historic Savannah & Riverstreet - check the times by the pier1/4 block away from your villa....Don't forget to visit the historic Lighthouse & ruins, which is a short bike ride from the villa.....Come & Enjoy Tybee......We look forward to having you as our Guest!
