This stunning home has all new furnishings, including a large sectional in the living room, complete with an electric fireplace to keep you warm on those cold winter nights. For the younger guests, this home is furnished with a playpen, highchair, child's step stool, childproof plug protectors on all outlets, and child safety gates. The open-concept kitchen makes cooking a breeze amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Gather around the table in the dining room and enjoy a nice home-cooked meal after a full day of sightseeing in nearby Pigeon Forge. If you'd prefer to grill, you are all set with a four-burner propane grill.

The primary bedroom is on the main floor, and the upstairs bedroom has two beds and a walk-in shower. The loft provides an additional sleeping space with twin bunk beds. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
