The room was very clean and cozy. Cathy and her daughter are very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. Excellent shower! I will definitely recommend this place to any friends and family planning on coming to Long Island

Awesome stay

Beautiful little and cozy studio with all what you need to make your stay super comfortable. Lots of attention to details and most of all very clean in all its parts. Cathy is a super host ready to answer all your questions before and during the staying in a prompt and efficient manner.

It was OK for one night that we stayed (we needed it before our flight). Not very expensive for the local prices. Clean but needs to refresh (change curtain in the bath!). There was a smell, most probably of desinsectiser (a dead cockroach as a proof). Next to the windows - parking and a workshop, sometimes noisy.
