Welcome to Boca Villa Resort, located in the well-known Century Village Boca Raton, a gated resort-style community in South Florida. This property is ideal for two guests looking for a peaceful, active, and comfortable seasonal stay.
The condo features one bedroom with a king bed, one full bathroom with a shower, and one half-bath (powder room). It includes central air conditioning and heating, and has been fully renovated — everything is new, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and a coffee maker. Everything you need is already provided. Guests can also use the community clubhouse grill area, as personal grills are not allowed in the building.
