Special high alpine environment, located in a bowl and surrounded by trees and forest views. The house is full of comfortable touches, family warmth and eclectic style.
Features wrap around porch, fully appointed kitchen, laundry room, wood stove, gas fire pit and BBQ grill. A fenced area includes a play house and outdoor toys.

PRIMARY BEDROOM is a spacious room in the treetops with stargazing through the sky lights and upper level porch for lounging. It features an organic latex king bed, love seat, over-sized chair and walk in closet. Double doors open to: FAMILY ROOM/STUDY with a work desk, 43" TV with streaming, record player with a CD player and blue tooth, games, puzzles and fooseball. Couch folds down to convert to an extra bedroom if needed.
LOFT BEDROOM upstairs includes a work desk, reading nook and balcony. Couch bed can be left up for a second work space or a cozy T.V. room.
THIRD BEDROOM is on the main level across from the second bathroom. This room has a loft bed with a twin above and below, as well as two twin beds and a large closet - 4 singles total.
