An easy walk to the historic downtown Bryan shopping district with shops, restaurants and the iconic Queens Theater. For those traveling with others check out The Hideaway and Aggie Dusting. These three make up the full second floor landing in the building allowing for easy access and privacy.

We live in Bryan and enjoy every minute of it. Margie is an Aggie (class of '04), and Russ has adopted the Aggie traditions and excitement as his own. Together we enjoy hosting people from around the country. We have only had these units since early April '23 and have already hosted guests from as far away as Arizona and Alabama. It is a pleasure to host them.
Why they chose this property
The location is an easy walk to the revitalized downtown Bryan with restaurants and the historic Queens Theater. Two blocks south is the Kyle house with the locally owned and operated Polite Coffee Roasters, whose locally roasted coffee is served fresh daily. There is none better. It is about 10 minutes from Texas A&M and five minutes from the newly constructed Legends Events Center and Midtown Park.
