Welcome to Bista Cadushi, a beautiful villa nestled in the serene area of Rooi Santo, just behind the bustling high-rise hotels of Aruba. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and stunning natural views, this is the place for you!
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy TV room with a big-screen TV and a breathtaking view of the private pool. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals, and if you're a coffee lover, you'll be thrilled to find a built-in coffee machine!
With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this villa has plenty of space for a group of friends or family. The bedrooms are well-appointed, with two king-size beds one smart TV, and two bedrooms twin beds. Two of the bedrooms are even open to the pool area, so you can take a refreshing dip first thing in the morning.
When you're ready to head outside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and relaxing backyard. Take a dip in the private swimming pool or relax in the shaded BBQ area with comfortable chairs. And if you're in the mood for some real relaxation, head over to the huge gazebo with a sofa and chairs, perfect for lounging the day away.
If you're feeling adventurous, the villa is just a short 5-minute drive from the high-rise area, where you'll find some of the island's best restaurants, bars, and shops. And if you're looking to explore the north side beaches or off-roading areas of the island, you'll be in the perfect location.
Bista Cadushi is fully gated, ensuring your safety and privacy during your stay. We provide beach chairs, ice coolers, and beach towels so you can fully enjoy your Aruba adventure. And with split units throughout the whole house, you'll always stay cool and comfortable.
To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. And if you're staying for an extended period, our monthly prices do not include water and electricity fees, which will be calculated at the end of your stay.
Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed, only smoking outside.
