Host was great communicator. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were super comfortable. House was close to a market, gas station and, to my husband’s pleasure, a Senior Tacos! Plenty of off street parking..we only had one car. Comfy sofas for tv watching. Giant table for games and puzzles while we are at the other end! Had great family time

We enjoyed our stay at this property overall. The home was tidy, spacious, and comfortable for our group, and the kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking and meals easy during our stay. The layout gave everyone plenty of room, and the location was a big plus—only about a 6-minute drive to State Farm Stadium, which was exactly what we needed.The host was attentive and responsive, which we really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the pillows in all the rooms could use replacing. Also, the trim in the kitchen came loose when opening the dishwasher, which may be something the owner will want to repair.Overall, it’s a clean, spacious home in a very convenient location, and with a few small updates, it could be even better.

Amazing property! This was our first time staying at one of these, and we’re so thankful we chose this one. Alane was a great host, communication was top notch and super helpful. The house itself was clean, inviting and perfect for a friends trip. We had so much fun enjoying the pool, not to mention how clean it was! We were only 10-15 minutes away from Talking Sticks Resort Amphitheatre which was a huge plus for us since we were attending a concert. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

A for effort on cleanliness and little touches like blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers, coffee bar. HVAC system and WIFI works well and beds and sofa are comfy. If you have little kids, the pool is enclosed and separate from the small backyard. However, the house needs maintenance. Some windows cannot be closed completely and flys and bugs get in because there are no screens. It would have been nice to open some windows but some were inoperable and again no screens. The hall bath shower fixture was broken. There was a work-around but who wants to mess with that. This home and almost all homes on the street have the iron/mesh security screen doors. Beware, gardeners get started early in AZ because of the heat (7am). Neighbors right next door had trash so piled up that I had to remind them to pull their cans to the street for pick up. All in all, if you are on a budget and have little kids (pool safety) and you want to be close-ish to Camelback, go for it. I think the owners are very nice and responsive to suggestions. For instance, I needed more dish towels. The owner had them sent to me via Amazon the next day.
