1955 Cottage under the historic League City oaks. This 1227 square foot home provides a great central location with lots of trees and wildlife. There are 3 parks, coffee shop, and several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The backyard is great for entertaining and relaxing with a large deck with firepit, smoker and jacuzzi! Completely remodeled kitchen is large and outside patio with stamped concrete is a great place to sit and talk. Welcome !

This home is situated in a central location surrounded by trees and local wildlife, offering a peaceful atmosphere while being conveniently close to top attractions. You are just a short drive from:

Kemah Boardwalk (7 minutes)

You will have private access to the entire home. Please park in the driveway in front of the garage on Waco Street. The entry door is to the right of the garage, marked by a railing. A lockbox code will be sent to you prior to your arrival for easy self-check-in.

Welcome to our charming 1955 cottage, nestled under the historic League City oaks. This beautifully remodeled 1,227 sq. ft. home offers a perfect blend of vintage character and modern comfort, creating an inviting retreat for your stay.

Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable living area with ample seating, a dedicated workspace for your remote work needs, and two distinct bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The large, completely remodeled kitchen features modern grey cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped for you to prepare your favorite meals.

The backyard is your private oasis for entertainment and relaxation. Unwind on the large wooden deck, gather around the fire pit on cool evenings, or fire up the smoker/grill for a delicious barbecue. You can also enjoy quiet moments on the spacious, covered front patio. Well-maintained jacuzzi also really makes for a relaxing time. There is also a kids swing set.

The driveway can fit up to 2 vehicles and can park 3 cars in driveway in yard. UBER and LYFT are readily available. Park and Ride is on Bay Area is 5 miles away

The home includes a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo, plus a convenient half-bath.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use inside the unit.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:

Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING is permitted inside the home. Failure to follow this rule will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Great place to stay. Very close to Kemah Boardwalk and NASA which we visited. The house was exactly how it was described. The hot tub was a nice plus because we were not looking for a place with one. We had a great time on our visit.

The owner was right there on the property if needed. Gave us absolute privacy although right there. Answered all questions and concerns quickly and very honest and kind. Inside was nicely decorated with all you need and more. It’s only a block or two away from the busyness of the town, yet quiet and peaceful as in the country.

Under the Trees

If you enjoy sitting outside with family and friends, this is the house for you. Big, beautiful shade trees that kept us cool even in July. . Water bottles in the fridge, coffee in the cabinet and spices ready to cook any meal.

Old Town League City is a true gem. It is quiet and uniquely located for enjoyment of all of the local activities and landmarks. It is walkable, close to wedding venues, Space Center Houston and The Boardwalk. Great Wolf Lodge is 5 minutes away as well as Top Golf.

What makes this property unique

The 150+ year old trees and well-maintained jacuzzi. I have enclosed the backyard and have a nice deck with firepit.
