These are the 3 guest rooms available in our amazing home. Pets allowed! (for an added fee)

2-queen bedrooms and 1-single bed with 2nd trundle bed that remains on the floor. 3 guest rooms sleep 6 people. All 3 rooms share 1 full-bathroom. There is a 2nd half-bathroom downstairs off of the kitchen.

We are close enough to Fayetteville for ease of commute yet with a peaceful serene feel. These rooms are located on our private equestrian estate. Be as much of the farm as you wish or watch from afar on garden surrounded patio, front porch or balcony off of the front of the home.

Nuetered pets considered. $10/night/pet

Inquire about booking your event here by the hour, day of or make us your destination and reserve entire venue for a few days.

This property was a unique, rare find, indeed. The owners, Heather and Chris were extremely hospitable, warm, and friendly. They exemplify the phrase, "Our house is your house." The property is a working animal farm with cows, horses, emu, donkeys, chickens, a peacock, and very friendly, loveable dogs. The beds were comfortable, clean, and plenty of blankets to keep warm. We were in the area for our son's wedding and the entire wedding party was invited to the house to fellowship, which was just another example of their hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a little slice of country heaven to rest and relax in quiet surroundings.

Great rural retreat!

Such a delightful country property, stocked with all sorts of farm animals. Heather and Chris were the most accommodating hosts, and nicest folks. Thank you, Heather!

You will be happy at Parkton Place whether you are seeking anonymity, privacy and solace or want to be smack dab in the mix of the farm happenings. The animals at Parkton Place are the enter of our lives, but do not need to be yours. The dogs may greet you when you arrive, but are kept separate most of the time upon request by the guests.

You can have private time away from your regular life, enjoy coffee on the front balcony or join us for our daily farm chores.

Parkton Place offers a very nice place to rest in between shifts for traveling professionals. People often mention the sense of safety and security they experience while staying here.

Please inquire about bringing your own pet for an added fee. We don’t travel without ours so expect you wouldn’t do the same.
