This was a perfect little place for our weekend getaway ! the back patio was so peaceful and close enough that I was able to walk into town to get a coffee and breakfast. I had to call the host for our check in instructions once we arrived but they were quick to get us all we needed! If we ever come back to Florence , this will be where we stay !
Had a great weekend! Very happy we could bring our dog. Took the music studio tours. When we found out the Frank Lloyd Wright house was down the road, did that tour also. Everything was great!
We never received an arrival message, so I had to text the host to get the information on how to get in the place. Other than that the place was in a great location and was small but great.
This was a nice place that was very clean and in a safe, convenient location. It was just right for two people and it had pretty much everything we needed. I especially loved its proximity to FLW’s Rosenbaum House, located just down the street.
It’s a cute place and centrally located which was very nice. We were here for a baseball tournament and had easy access to everywhere we went. The previous comments are correct about the sound from upstairs but thankfully I had a heads up from the comments and we only heard the other guests during appropriate hours. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
We booked this as a place to stay for my son's fishing tournament. It was convenient to the tournament location, and it was very clean.
I would stay here again.
The host is quick to respond with any problems and make it right.

It was functional for what we needed. I understood that it was a split level house and that we'd occupy a separate entrance, however your effectively in a garage coveted space. Here nor there, the tenant or owner upstairs has 2 dogs that barked for 2 days straight!!!. Barking well past 12am. There were towels hung behind the door, clothing left, and lady bugs everywhere. Although no a nuisance, coupled with the rest was just...ugghh. But, sheets were clean. It's located adjacent to N. Alabama U campus, and close to restaurants and convenience stores.
This location was very convenient to downtown, was super clean, and had a great vibe. I loved the back porch and the beds were very comfy. The only thing lacking was a sink in the kitchenette space. I definitely will book again when I come to visit my daughters at UNA. Thanks for being a great host!

Owner contacted about missing items. Said he would bring them over never did. We did not know that we would have to wash our dishes (coffee mugs and glasses) from the sink in the bathroom. Which if that wasn't bad enough whenever you turned the tap on you got a bath. Yes, the price was great but if I knew I would not have a kitchen sink or had poor plumbing in the bathroom I Never, Never would have booked. If you plan on eating, drinking all meals out this is your place. Would not recommend.
We loved this little apartment. It was clean, decorated perfectly, and very peaceful. We didn’t need a kitchen since we weren’t there long. Having a fridge was nice though. It was the perfect size and fit our needs perfectly!! Would definitely stay there again.
The place was really nice, new furniture and great patio to relax on. We had the bottom level of the house, but we never had to interact with other guest. Separate Drive ways, and fenced in yards. This will be our go to when we are in town.
*Just a note
There is no Dining room table or stove if you plan to cook, But it did have a microwave, Air fryer and a nice Keurig.

Thank you so much Crystal for your review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay!!
Property is very clean with comfortable bed and nice patio. Plenty of hot water in the shower. A few things that were significant negatives.
1- There is an upstairs unit and apparently no insulation between the floors. We could hear EVERYTHING that happened in the unit above us. The tenants above us were not rowdy at all, yet still the noise was significant. Due to this, I would not stay here again if I had to stay in the lower unit. Would suggest to the host that they have some insulation blown into the subfloor.
2- The bathroom faucet is not made for this sink. It shoots water at an angle that is guaranteed to drench your clothes. Replacing it with one that angles the water straight down would be a simple and inexpensive fix.
3- It's a two bedroom unit that sleeps four, yet there is only seating in the living room for 2 people.
4- My wife tells me that it would very convenient to have mirrors in the bedrooms. There is one, but it is in the living room behind the entry door. I barged in and bumped her with the door on several occasions as she was fixing her hair.
5- An iron in the unit would have been a nice convenience.
6- While the unit had dishes and glasses, there were only plastic disposable utensils and only spoons and forks. No knives.
7- Unit needed to be stocked with more toilet tissue.
To summarize, the owner was responsive to texts, the unit was very clean, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. If planning to rent, however I recommend the upstairs unit.
