Luxury Private Lake Home For Larger Groups on Acre with Huge Private Suite

Located in Squirrel Valley, CA, this newly renovated home is bright, clean and spacious! Amenities include a well appointed kitchen, outdoor fire pit, covered patio space, wrap around porch, a jetted indoor smart jacuzzi tub, an oversized Premier bedroom suite with it's own mini living room and 2 65" Smart TV's, 1, 75" Smart TV in the living room, 4, 55" smart TV's in all the bedrooms, 1000 Mbps WiFi and smart TV streaming, work desk, a Hydro rowing machine, and a washer and dryer. This home has everything to be your home away from home and 5 minutes from all the fun at the lake.

The covered patio has a grill and pizza oven for you to enjoy. The wrap around porch is adorned with red, white, and blue Adirondack Chairs to sit back in and soak up the fresh air and mountain views

The home has 4 bedrooms :

Our beautiful Premier Suite on the second floor has 25ft vaulted ceilings, 1 King Bed, a seating area complete with couch and furnace fireplace, a Hydro rowing machine, double sliding glass doors leading to a balcony, and a walk-in closet. Its bathroom has lighted mirrors, double sinks, and an indoor Steam Shower with Chromotherapy, full body jets (20 in total), dual rainfall heads, and built-in bluetooth speakers. There is a private balcony with 2 yellow Adirondack rocking chairs.

The second Junior Suite has 2 full beds, huge walk-in closet, its own private bathroom with double sinks, lighted mirrors, and separate bathtub.

The third bedroom has 1 queen bed, with plenty of sunlight, and a dresser with mirror.

The fourth bedroom is located downstairs, with 4 trundle twin beds, a closet, and access to the downstairs bathroom, which features a 2 person indoor hot tub bathtub with LED lighting and touch screen controls with built-in bluetooth and speaker. We have provided 2 rollaway beds in both the upstairs and downstairs closet to fit two extra people. This room also has an Xbox One with 2 wired remotes and a Street Fighter Arcade counsel.

That's 10 beds! Sleeps 14 people comfortably!

Covered RV or boat parking, 2 car detached garage, with room for up to 6 cars.

Check-in is anytime after 3pm via lockbox.

Amazing Time at THIS Lake House!!

We took our whole family to the lake to celebrate Father’s Day weekend! The house was large enough to easily fit all of us at an amazing price! The house was beautiful and everything seemed brand new. We were less than 5 minutes from the lake where the kids played all day until we came back to warm showers and watched movies on the large comfortable sofa. The outdoor furniture got kind of dusty, we didn’t mind cuz it is a dessert area but the owners were super accommodating and sent over a blower to blow the dust off the porch, to be able to enjoy the bbq and fire pit! They were really communicative and friendly! We cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had here! We will definitely be back soon!!

Perfect for Large Family

House was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. Nice towels and plenty of them. Everything worked fine. Very close to lake and about 20 min from Kernville and the Kern River. Beds were comfortable. Just FYI, decor is different than pics. So no worries about all white decor. We had children. Plenty of table seating. All bathrooms were very nice. Outside is mostly dirt. Windy every day like clockwork after 2:00 pm. We will use again if we head back there in the future.

House was nice but owner's are a reason not to book

A week before our stay i get charged an additional cleaning fee! House needed a good cleaning, a bit dusty. Bathroom were very nice though. Ower had packages delivered 3 out of our 4 days and repeatedly asked for us to move them. To top it off the day after we checked out they are trying to get another cleaning fee out of us claiming the house smells of smoke, when no one in our family even smokes. Be careful if you rent this property..

Great stay!!! Beautiful house and love the steam room!

This house definitely had been upgraded and is much nicer than the neighboring houses. The house has great amenities and extra beds for my friends and I to enjoy. There is a jet bath-tub that we regretfully actually didn’t take advantage of, but we did use the steam shower and it was really really nice and such a huge plus after white water rafting. The trash wasn’t taken out for some reason that week, but the communication with issues for the house were very quick responses. If you were to cook at the place, they have most stuff you need, except I had suggested maybe a Ladle, strainer and better spatulas but we made do with what we had. Seemed like a newer rental which was an added plus and very pet-friendly for our 2 dogs. Was about 20 minute drive to get to Kernville Water rafting and super close to the lake. There were tv access in every room and the master bedroom had 2 tv’s with an exercise machine and little office to work. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and fresh with even the portable single bed looking quite comfortable for an 11 year old. There were plenty of towels and everything was nice and clean. The floor was a little dusty tho but I think that’s hard to get completely clean because it was super windy during our stay and I’m sure dust just gets blown in. It was plenty of room for our 3 families of 4. We had a total of 12 people and 2 dogs and it was more than enough room for us. I would highly recommend this place.
