Nice and Quiet Place

I traveled alone and wasn't sure what to expect but the owners reached out the day before and offered to have coffee awaiting. The place was exactly as described - really a nice little place to stay. I felt safe.

Visiting grand babies

Babies cry & don’t sleep, so having a respite @ your home was quiet & restful. Plus, it gave my adult kids a break so they didn’t have to worry about me!

Location

The bed was very hard. If renters are above you you can hear them walking around. If you enjoy cold, the air conditioning is about 68.

I could be spoiled from the other VRBOs I have been in, so here is my review, compared to those. Pros:In a safe neighborhoodPrivate drivewayCoffee pot with coffee and cups, microwave, and smapl fridgePlenty of closet spaceClean, but needs updatedCons:No thermostat, so it was super cold during the day and hot at nightMattress was hard as a rock and pillows were flatNeeds blackout shades for the nightThe lights are fluorescent, wayy too brightThe furniture is really dinged upThe chairs are hospital chairsThe paint and caulking could be updated to remove the mildew
