The common areas are like no other-large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Guests renting a slip will also receive priority parking in the designated boat trailer parking area.

- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
