With 550 square feet this studio has a queen size bed and will accommodate up to 2 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and full bath you should have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps away from the front door, you truly get the best of both worlds.
Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.
**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in.
