Welcome to Bayview Escape! Make yourself at home and relax at this renovated and beautifully furnished condo at The Shores of the Grand Traverse Resort. This second floor bayfront condo features a secluded-feeling balcony with excellent nature & sunset views of East Bay, just steps from the private property beach. Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and excellent restaurants.

THE SPACE
Clean, bright & stylish. This condo features 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other one with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook a warm meal during your stay. It even includes a blender, waffle maker, air fryer and a griddle. There is a large flat screen TV with Netflix in the living room. The large patio can be accessed from the living room or the bedroom.

Excellent stay

The condo was in an optimal location a little bit outside of downtown busyness but in a great location with view of the bay and access to the beach. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful.

This is a lovely and well-equipped condo. It had everything that we needed. The view, through the trees, to the Bay was beautiful and when we weren't busy exploring Traverse City we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and reading outdoor on the little deck. Kati was quick to communicate and easy to talk to. We would definitely return!

Love the Fall colors!

Beautiful 2-bedroom condo with wooded views of Grand Traverse Bay. We really enjoyed the unusually warm weather and sitting on your deck. We also liked that this condo is conveniently located near downtown TC and Mission Point Peninsula. Perfect place to stay if you're looking for a wooded retreat versus the city.

Beautifully Decorated with a Great View

Some properties are better in person than in the pictures, and that's the case here. Such a lovely condo, so well appointed, and the decorations are wonderfully consistent and quality throughout.

Excellent Getaway

The condo was as advertised. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The king mattress in the primary suite was wonderful! Beach location was mere steps away. The owner was friendly and was available if needed. Highly recommend this place.awa

Beautifully Decorated and Well-Stocked

The condo was as described. Updated, comfortable beds, and a great deck with a view. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked kitchens. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

June trip

Was there to watch granddaughters in softball tournament. Property was very clean and comfortable. Felt right at home. Loved relaxing on the balcony at the end of the day.

We had the most comfortable accommodations at this condo at The Shores. Everything was clean and well equipped for our family's stay. The condo was extremely quiet, and the kitchen amenities/space was perfect for our cooking needs. The owner, Kati, made the process simple and was a great host. Thank you!

Great stay!

Condo was wonderful. Very thoughtfully furnished, and the location was really great. It has a nice view, and easy access to the beach. The owners were responsive and very accommodating. The kitchen is very well set up, and it was easy to do some light cooking, the bedroom with the two bunk beds is small, but was nicely setup, and the master bedroom was beautify. The living room was bright, and had a nice TV and beautify view, the balcony was great, and there were also beach chairs available.

Perfect get away with short walk to the beach

The condo was so clean and decorated very nice. Everything we needed was in the condo. We forgot to bring a cooler and beach chairs but there were chairs and a cooler to use here. The neighborhood was amazing. We felt very safe and were close to meijer and a few food locations. Torch lake public access is a 20 minute drive from here and traverse city is minutes away. We were able to go to all of our favorite places during our stay. The host is very friendly and accommodating. I love that she gave us detailed directions and instructions. We had the best time here ❤️

Beautiful condo, close to everything

This is a beautiful condo located close to Traverse City. It's perfect for a romantic getaway or vacation for a small family. We enjoyed everything about it! The location is secluded but just a few steps from the beach area which is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning. We were given directions and entry instructions before arrival and had no problems accessing the unit. Parking is just outside the door. The unit is clean, bright and cozy. We were greeted with a welcome note and a bottle of wine from a local winery. Such a thoughtful and nice touch! The host had put together some information about local things to see and do which we found really helpful. We didn't have to drive far to visit the downtown area as well as the Mission Peninsula and Leland. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Traverse City!
