Interior:
As soon as you enter Sunny Side, you will be greeted with vibrant colors and comfortable furnishings. The olive green accents & detailed tile spread throughout the home make it unique and one-of-a-kind. Downstairs you will find the living and dining area, kitchen, half bath, bunk room + ensuite bathroom. Located upstairs are the second and third bedrooms each of which have their own bathrooms + private balconies.

Exterior:
The outdoor living spaces at Sunny Side will quickly become your favorite place to spend time. The front of the home has a private courtyard area that features two hammocks + additional seating. The back porch is covered and has a TV, table, seating, and multiple fans to help keep you more comfortable in the summer heat. Off of the back deck you will also find the fire-pit with adirondack chairs.

Location:
Sunny Side is located inside the coveted community of Eden Isle. It is right across the street from Eden Isle Marina and a short drive to the Red Apple Inn Golf Course & Restaurant. This home sits on a beautiful piece of property and is just a short walk to water's edge. Linger Longer is also less than a ten minute drive to downtown Heber Springs where you will find restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and more!

Great Little Spot

We stayed for a couple of weeks and it was wonderful. The location can’t be beat - right next to the marina. Everyone on the block is super friendly.

Eden Isle gem for families with children!

Location close to marina, bunk beds for all kids, loved the outdoor covered patio with tv and grill! We will be back!

Perfect place for 2 families to stay in Eden Isle! Extremely convenient for Eden Isle Marina boat access. Friendly neighbors! We will be eying this property for future weekends!

Quirky Cute Charmer

This place was a perfect spot for our small family gathering of adults. The good points: 😁 Plenty of comfy seating in living room, Large deck with plenty of seating, fans and tv. And practically unheard of, this place has 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. It's in a quiet neighborhood, just 3 minutes from marina where you can rent a pontoon or boat. Air con worked great in 100 degree weather. Good mattresses on beds! The not so good points: 😒 A very small kitchen but we made it work by using the long serving buffet for food. Lots of steps for the elderly (about 15) upstairs to the king bedrooms. No handrail. Only has a Keurig coffee maker. The garbage disposal doesn't work. In spite of all, we would definitely stay there again.
