72 CHill Road is a cozy 1860’s farm house with mid-century modern flair. A 7-minute drive to downtown or Butternut, this calm Berkshire refuge is the perfect place for a country vacation with all the amenities of town life. The house has 3 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sun porch. Out back you will find expansive views, mature trees and close to an acre of lawn with spaces to lounge, practice yoga under the willow or relax in the hammock overlooking East Mountain.
