Freshly remodeled South Village condo at the Resort! Enjoy summer and fall vacations in this darling 1 bed 1 bath ski side condo located in the beautiful Homestead Resort, with exterior elevated deck to enjoy the forest views while you dine and unwind. Located within walking distance to the bike trails, dining, the Village, and Lake Michigan. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, large walk-in shower, fireplace, A/C & Heat and carpeting. All the amenities of Glen Arbor, pickleball, tennis, wineries, dining, sand dunes, biking, kayaking, golf courses and much more just minutes away. This condo does not come with access to the pool or beach club. However, Glen Arbor is less than 2 miles away with access to Lake Michigan and the beach. Also, Old Settlers park has dock access to Glen Lake.

Up North Getaway

We loved our stay at Kassandra’s Homestead condo! It was the perfect location, super clean, cozy and quiet. Also, great bird watching from the deck. Quick drive to Glen Arbor plus hiking and biking trails right out the door. We hope to be back next summer!

Wonderful Condo

This home is light and airy. Everything is updated, warm and inviting. We loved the quiet wooded deck for morning coffee, walking to the beach and walking to pizza and beers. We would love to come back!

A gem in Glen Arbor

This one bedroom was excellent, just as described. We have stayed at 4 and 5 star properties all over the world and this one ranks with them. Immaculate clean. Very comfortable with everything one needs. Our hostess was very helpful. Wonderful location.

Perfect Honeymoon <3

My new husband and I had the most WONDERFUL stay here! If I could give this place ten stars, I would. The host was so kind and gracious! The place was absolutely STUNNING and also very cleanly. We stayed six nights in total and wished we could have stayed even longer! It’s quiet and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, my husband and I slept extremely well! The little kitchenette is great too, with any cooking utensils you may need. It truly is a little paradise! Planning to book again for sure!!

The clean air, birds and wildlife will renew your soul, and you'll fall in love with this special place.
