- NOTE: Access to this home requires 5 stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. However, all bedrooms and full bathrooms are available on the main floor

- NOTE: 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the west side of the deck near the front entryway, facing outward toward the front driveway. Camera 2 is located on the south side of the deck and faces the shed and lower driveway. Camera 3 is in the backyard and faces the basement entrance and fire pit. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

- NOTE: There are motion detectors in the home that are linked to the alarm system; however, the alarm system is off while guests are in residence

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Lake, Beach, Kayaks for rent, indoor pool (depth 4’ - 6’), fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, playground, hiking trails, Alpine Lake Restaurant & Bar on-site, gated community with 24/7 security. Lake is actively stocked with Rainbow Trout, Yellow
Perch, Black Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Channel Catfish, and Bluegills
(fishing license fees are separate). Boating is available for $15
launch fee, note that gasoline engines are strictly prohibited
