Tactfully designed modern contemporary space with a Polynesian theme in honor of the original name of this iconic roadside motor lodge in Chandler, AZ. Queen size memory foam flatform beds, High thread count linens and cottons, 42" streaming TV, premium Keurig coffee, high end flatware, retro microwave, bluetooth speaker and mini fridge.
This Studio Suite is located in an iconic and a fully restored Motor Lodge, not in an apartment building.
Parking on premises is on a first come first served basis. There is plenty of street parking otherwise.
Pool is only open from mid May to early October.
There is active CCTV in the common areas around the building.
All plants are live plants. Please do not water them.

Vince was quick to reply to messages. Easy check in and out. Room was clean, large bathroom and the bed was comfortable but low to the ground for us taller people. There was only 2 towels each and a roll and a half of toilet paper for 11 days. I requested more but never received any. Bathroom didn't have any place to hang clothes or towels and no counter space for toiletries. One of the nights a septic truck ran a pump and flashing yellow light outside our window all night, not much you can do about that but was definitely disturbing to our sleep! There is a nice pool area with loungechairs and a picnic table with a corn hole game area to hang out.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positive aspects of your stay. Regarding towels and supplies, our standard setup is two towels per guest along with starter toiletries and paper products, which is consistent with the listing. The septic service truck was a temporary city service outside of our control and not related to the property itself. Unfortunately, municipal maintenance occasionally happens without prior notice. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad you were able to enjoy several of the amenities during your visit.
