Spacious Home near Downtown Jacksonville
A perfect stay for families and friends looking for lots of space with some peace and quiet! This 3 bed 2 bath is located in one of Jacksonville's most family-friendly neighborhoods, with quick access to nearby attractions. You will also be only 10 minutes from Downtown Jacksonville, 15 minutes from TIAA Bank Field, and 25 minutes from Jacksonville Beach.
The property is a duplex, so it does share a wall with a small studio rental unit.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and 2 closets. There is a spacious living room with a large Smart TV that allows you to log in to any of your streaming subscriptions including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more (Cable TV not included). There is a separate dining area, and an outdoor porch where you can enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink. There is a full kitchen equipped everything you would need including plates, silverware, pots, pans, a toaster oven, and a Keurig.
For those traveling on business, the space is equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and closets to hang your garments.
We accommodate longer stays such as traveling medical, relocations, contractors, military members, digital nomads, entrepreneurs, snowbirds, and all walks of life. If you are looking for a longer stay, please reach out with questions on pricing :)

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels, including dish rags, and place them in the washing machine in the outdoor shed. Please start the wash using detergent and cold water.
Please turn off the TV, all lights and fans. Please set the AC to 78 degrees.
Lock the back door using the deadbolt only. Please make sure the door handle itself stays unlocked. Lock the front door using the lock button on the keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
