From the moment the family grew, and we travel the world with 3 children, we realized that it is very expensive to stay in hotels. We discovered that short-term rental apartments are a great solution for us: First of all the price, which plays a role in every trip or vacation. Second, the experience of going to new places and being in the homes of real people and not in a hotel. This allows us to experience the place like the locals, eat in less touristy places and really discover new adventures and new people. When my grandmother's apartment became vacant, we thought of finding tenants, but then we thought how much grandmother really loved to host, and how happy she would be for people traveling to spend time with us and create new experiences. We painted, renovated, replaced some of her old furniture with more modern and comfortable things, and now we host people. We really like spending time with new people, and making friends from around the world. Renting allows us to pretend to travel to new places on the one hand, and to keep the apartment and upgrade it all the time

The apartment is on a quiet street, but close to the city center of Rishon: Rothschild Street, the main street of the city, full of bars and restaurants and shops, Zabotinsky Street crossing it, and Herzl Street, which leads to the mall. The Tomba station is the nearest major bus station, and most of the main lines passing through the former stop there. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. Although the building is old (and so is part of the apartment), we are constantly renovating and adding things between guests. There is a pizza place at the end of the street, a bakery and a supermarket. The apartment is close to the music garden - a real cute corner in Rishon Lezion: a large garden with facilities based on music, as well as fruit trees (in season). You can ride a bike safely and have fun with the kids. If you have a car - there are many access routes - 431 leading to Rishon Beach and the Palmachim Nature Reserve (Yim). In the other direction, the road will take you towards the city of Modi'in and Jerusalem. You can also easily go to Route 20, towards Tel Aviv Holon and Bat Yam, as well as to the west of Rishon Lezion - where the largest shopping complex in Israel is located, 2 complexes of cinemas and Superland - one of the most advanced amusement parks in Israel. The exit to highway 1 and the Ayalon routes will quickly lead you to Tel Aviv. If you arrived at the end of winter - the nature reserve "Givat Irosim" is an easy walk away. Right after the Rishonim mall there is a hill blooming with irises. You can walk by bike or with the children, and pick oranges.

The apartment is comfortable, well located, and will allow a great stay for a small family, two couples (possible with a baby or child), or any other group. We do not pretend to be a luxurious or luxurious apartment, but the apartment is very clean and comfortable. If you need a place to sleep in the first, clean and tidy, close to everything (including Tel Aviv) on a sane budget - this is definitely the place for you!
