This house felt like home. It was very comfortable and has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The location is great being away from the high traffic tourist area and a grocery store just around the corner.

Lots of room for the group, family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, lots of room for baby to play in. felt secure in the building and with two large grocery store close by we had lots of choice with regards to groceries. I was also convenient that fishing charters would pick us up right at the private pier. Close walk to downtown with lots of restaurants.

What a lovely find. Comfortable, clean, all the amenities required for an easy stay. The pool is an added bonus and was great to come home to after a day of diving or sightseeing. Close to the water, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place in Cozumel

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The unit is large and is well equipped, Modern and comfortable. It is located very close to everything and you can walk everywhere from there. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home. Will definitely considering staying at this apartment next time while visiting the island.

The property was fine. Sandra was good to deal with. But construction next door put a damper in our stay with all the jack hammering going on.

My husband and I chose this El Cantil condo and we highly recommend it! The fully air-conditioned, three-bedroom, 3 en-suite bath condo is well-kept and has spectacular views from 3 rooms! The long, covered balcony has 3 doors with screens: one from the living room, and two more for two of the large bedrooms. The balcony is furnished with a hammock, lounge chairs, and a patio dining table and chairs. A covered balcony means that even if it's raining, you can relax and dine al fresco while watching the swaying palm trees and hearing the waves. Bliss. The furnishings are super-comfortable, attractive, and in excellent condition. You'll feel like you're staying in a luxury hotel room with a kitchen, a big hot tub, and pool overlooking the sea. Everything is private for condo guests, including the lounge chairs and grotto steps for snorkeling and swimming in the sea. The well-appointed, spacious kitchen is open plan with views to the living room and sea. The location was great! About 10 minutes of walking brings you to the town's restaurants. It's about a 15-minute walk from the Ultramar ferry, or you can grab a taxi from the two nearby grocery stores. One supermarket is directly across the street, and another one is about 2 blocks away. There's also a wine shop a few feet away. So convenient! And lastly, the owner and manager are friendly and excellent communicators. We had everything we needed while planning, and they were so welcoming and helpful. We plan to return to this condo with another couple on our next trip to Cozumel! It was a perfect experience for us!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo was very clean. It was layout of the condo is large enough that the 4 couples didn't ever feel crowded and It is very close to 2 grocery stores, shopping, dining and more. Lots of dishes, towels and great that there was a washing machine. David was quick to answer any questions we had. After you arrive, the front desk people were very helpful with directions or answering questions for us. We would definitely stay there again.
