Casa Martillo has been certified by the Mexican government to reopen after the staff received 8 hours of training and we have implemented the sanitation protocol to prevent the spread of the virus.   We provide no face-to-face contact required for check in and all staff were face coverings. The protocol for reopening is very strict.

During the pandemic we are limiting occupancy to 50% and units are left empty for a minimum of 48 hours between reservations, during which the units are sanitized. Located three blocks from the water and 9 blocks south of the central plaza. Casa Martillo offers four condominiums with two bedrooms & two baths; and two condominiums with one bedroom & one bath, surrounding a courtyard with pool, fountain, palapa, and two barbecue grills.

The upstairs of the two-bedroom condominiums have one bedroom with queen-size bed and private bath, and one bedroom with two twin beds and adjoining bath. Downstairs includes dining room, living room with sofa bed, and kitchen.

One bedroom condominiums have a queen-size bed and bath upstairs; dining room, living room with sofa bed, and kitchen downstairs. Every bedroom has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. The lower level of the one-bedroom units have balconies with a small table and chairs that are perfect for breakfast or an intimate dinner for two.
