Nice front porch and big backyard. Quiet street with friendly neighbors. Kayak rentals public fishing pier and rooftop dining a mile away. Washer and dryer, internet, local cable, and most amenities necessary. half an hour from Sunwest Park and lift adventure Park. Close to Clearwater Beach and Hudson Beach. Local bus available and close to shopping. Several state and natural parks Werner-Boyce state park Scenic Dr Trail Head, James Grey Preserve, Robert K Rees Memorial Park, and Boy Scout Preserve. Three blocks from the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful sunset views. Less than a mile from Whiskey Joe's restaurant, Catches Seafood, Hooters, Gil Dawgs. The house sleeps up to 7 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has twin over a full bunk living room a pull-out sofa bed.
