"Casa de Vino" is tastefully decorated with an island touch and comfortable furniture. This home has three full bedrooms each with t.v.'s , as well as three full bathrooms and is offered at a terrific price for a winning combination and a great way to indulge in all that Key West has to offer.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....

Comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people so it is ideal for a family or couples traveling together.

The Master Suite is a queen with en suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The 1st floor bedroom has a queen size bed & full bathroom with tiled shower. The 2nd floor bedroom has two twin size beds (which can be doubled to create a King size bed) and a full en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. And there is also a queen size sleeper sofa.

Beautiful condo

My friends and I rented this condo to attend a wedding I. Key West. Overall the condo was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the multiple decks/balconies. There is a CVS super close which was very convienent. The only this I was disappointed in was how far it was actually from key west but that has nothing to do with the condo itself. Would highly recommend.

Easy access, great pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Vino. Loved being able to walk out back door to pool as well as being walking distance to great restaurants on Stock Island. Very helpful all beach towels, bath towels, and linens were provided. Check in process was super easy and convenient. Quick uber ride to downtown and Duval st or drive if you don't mind paying for parking if you don't get lucky finding somewhere to park on side street. Only recommendations we have would be to update beds as they were quite firm and seating in living room seating was tight with 6 of us (dinner table had ample room however). Otherwise, highly recommend this place!

Lovely!

We used this town home as a base for our sibling reunion. The home was clean, well stocked and cozily decorated! It felt like home to us all! The back porch where we spent a lot of time had an awesome view of the pool! Our agent Brian was prompt to respond to our questions though they were minimal in number! Would not hesitate to rent this home again! Thank you for the memories!

Could not have asked for better

The townhouse, Casa de Vino, is a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and well appointed for a vacation home. We were very pleased with our choice and our 5 day stay was exceptional. Great location on Stock Island but just a few minutes from downtown Key West. Though we never actually met Brian, our property manager, that was because he did such a wonderful job taking care of us. Though we made the reservation before Hurricane Irma was even a breeze, the management company kept us fully updated to any circumstance that would affect our trip. The property was ready for a our arrival, and a couple of minor details were taken care of ASAP once we texted Brian and make him aware. Would recommend this accommodation and this company in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making our vacation so smooth.

Key West 2017

Really enjoyed the condo and enjoyed the fact the unit was within walking distance to several eating establishments and a CVS. There was a little noise from across the street (outside the condo) on one night. Too much partying I guess. Brian, our property manager, made sure that all of our needs were met. Stock Island itself is a little run-down. That was the only negative. The island is home to Hog Fish Grill, a restaurant I would highly recommend.

EVENT/ HOLIDAY/ FESTIVAL PRICING:
We charge an additional 25% to the rate for stays that fall during an Event/ Festival/ Holiday and include but are not limited to the 4th of July, Easter, Yacht Race Weeks, Power Boat Race week, Lobster Mini season, Labor Day, etc. We may require 7 night minimums for the dates surrounding a major holiday. FANTASY FEST, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS are priced at the Peak Season rate and require a 7 night minimum stay.

BOOKING NOTES:
We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar. If we have vacancy between two stays that is less than the minimum stay requirement, then we will consider shorter stays.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.

HOSTING EVENTS/ PARTIES:
Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.
