Living room, Dining room and kitchen all enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Master bedroom and Master bath also enjoy the same view. Additionally this end unit also has 3 windows on its east side letting in plenty of natural light and offering a larger feel to the unit than interior units. If the marina and yachts intrigue you simply walk downstairs through the gate to enter the marina. Sportfish yachts and large center consoles with multiple outboards will have you fantasizing or planning your next day on the water. Walk 100 yards North to Yellowfin Bar and Grill for a sit down meal overlooking Oceanside Marina. Or better yet go out on a fishing charter and have them cook your catch ! The property also offers kayaking, wet slip rentals, jet ski tours, boat rentals and much more. Large covered balcony with room to lounge in front of Ocean, enjoy a meal, or read a book in peace. 5 additional restaurants within 2 minutes Italian, Mexican, Cuban, & American cuisine. Condo comes with 2 assigned/covered parking spots. Drive 10 minutes to old town/Duval Street for a taste of the famous Key West night life and return to our peaceful slice of paradise. Great Place to Stay

Loved the unit, loved the fact is was away from the crowds but down town was very easy to get to. We think Island has two of the best restaurants in the area, Hog Fish and The Docks.

If you are looking for an amazing property to stay at while you are in Key West, this is the place. The place was clean and fully loaded with all your necessities to make it feel like home. It is conveniently located to CVS, Publix, shopping, beaches and Downtown. Zach was an amazing host to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Perfect place for my family. Will come here again.

Great stay

Condo was clean and well maintained. Property owner responded quickly to questions. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would choose this property again if we ever to the Keys again. It was also a bonus that the owner does fishing charters which was a wonderful time as well.

Perfection

I brought my 3 boys (ages 15, 12 & 11) and we all loved this property! There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved enjoying our meals on the balcony, watching the boats coming and going. It was a great location to drive to key west for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

All in all, this place is one of the best places I’ve stayed. You are lacking nothing as it’s furnished very well. Great view, great pool, great area to walk around and explore. Would certainly stay here again.

Loved the location, just far enough off Key West you are able to feel a little secluded, but close to restaurants and everytKey West has to offer. Entire property is top notch and describe well in listing. Will definetly go back!

Great Place

Wonderful stay, well equipped and clean. This unit had everything we could need and want. Covered parking was an added bonus. Very quiet complex, easy access to everything.

Wonderful place to stay if you want a relaxing time in Key West. Our entire family was there, it was a quiet area out of the busy part of downtown. Close enough that getting to downtown was easy!

Spring Break Getaway

Everything about this condo was top notch! Good location, well stocked and the cleanest I've stayed in over the years! We loved the view from the balcony! Enjoyed morning coffee, lunches and reading there. Zach responded quickly to any messages we sent and provided any information we needed! My name is Zach Bentley. I am a 3rd generation Conch. I love this Island. After graduating with my BS in Hospitality in 2002 I moved home to become a fishing guide since 2003 and a Realtor since 2005. I now have a wife and two small children who can catch fish with the best of them.

This property has a special location because it is Ocean-front and is adjacent to a Marina whose history includes hundreds of IGFA world record fish and tens of thousands of first class charters and commercial fishing trips that once took place here. After undergoing a major development in 2017, today the Marina still houses some of Key West's finest fishing guides. The ocean is what makes Key West special. First, foremost, and period.
