The Space:
As you enter the 4,750 square foot home, nestled on 3 private acres, you will be swept away by the Swedish-style log construction and the floor to ceiling views of the Teton range. An open floor plan allows for entertaining. There are many spaces that also provide for quiet reflection. This beautiful home offers 7 bedrooms, 3 full baths as well as an additional half bath on the main floor. There are also family rooms on each floor to provide separate gathering areas for you and your guests.
The main floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bath equipped with a relaxing steam shower and a King-sized bed. This bedroom also has a stone fireplace, private deck and amazing views of the Tetons. The main floor also offers a living room with rotating chair and large leather sectional, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, a large fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and bar seating, as well as a large dining room table with views of the Tetons while you dine. The attached deck also provides additional dining and seating options with spectacular views of the Tetons. It is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise over the Teton range or to enjoy an evening cocktail as you wind down your day. A laundry room with brand new oversized washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. There are dog bowls and a large dog crate provided for your furry friends’ use.
Upstairs, the south bedroom features full Teton views, a king bed, and a cozy chair that converts to a single sleeper. The north bedroom has a king bed, a workspace with a desk and dual monitors, and incredible Teton views. This room leads to a bonus room with two twin beds and a trundle bed, offering two additional twin beds — a favorite hangout for kids. The loft area includes a queen-size pullout couch and loveseat, providing yet another beautiful space to take in the views and log architecture. This floor shares a full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower.
To keep things comfortable during the warmer summer weeks, both upstairs bedrooms are equipped with two window A/C units — one in each room. These provide added comfort alongside the home’s naturally cool evenings.
The newly finished basement features beautiful stonework and stained wood throughout. The gathering area includes a multi-level bar with an illuminated quartzite slab countertop, a large leather sectional, and an 83” LG OLED TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Guests can also enjoy darts or a game of ping-pong on the mid-size tennis table.
This level includes three bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, one with a queen, and a bunk/workout room featuring a full-over-twin bunk bed and a top-of-the-line treadmill with IFIT for staying active. These rooms share a modern bathroom with a stunning walk-in rain shower and quartzite slabs reminiscent of Peru’s Rainbow Mountain.
The home is equipped with high-speed Google mesh Wi-Fi throughout. Smart speakers (Google Assistants in the kitchen and basement, and an Alexa in the main living room) are available for your convenience. There are fixed exterior security cameras on the front porch, back porch, and garage — none of which face private areas like bedrooms, bathrooms, or the hot tub.
For added peace of mind, the home includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom. Please note that the garage and master bedroom closet are not accessible to guests. While there is no central air conditioning, the home’s cool mountain evenings, ceiling fans, and portable fans help maintain a pleasant indoor temperature.

TETON DREAMS LOG CABIN – HOUSE RULES & FEES
The cabin is located in an HOA community, and we ask that all guests respect the rules and our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. By booking this home, you agree to follow all house rules listed below. Violations of these rules will result in a $500 fine per infraction, charged to the credit card on file.
STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY – Violating the no events rule (including unauthorized parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.) will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate cancellation of your reservation, and eviction with no refund.
⦿ EXTERIOR LIGHTS – Turn off all exterior lights at night to preserve the dark sky environment and allow for great stargazing from the hot tub.
⦿ SPEED LIMITS – Keep speeds under 20 MPH on Middle Teton Road and 25 MPH on Grand Teton Road to maintain safety in the neighborhood.
⦿ PARKING – A maximum of three (3) licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway. No parking on the street or in unauthorized areas.
⦿ NO RECREATIONAL VEHICLES – Riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs is strictly prohibited in the subdivision or on the rental property.
⦿ QUIET HOURS – Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors as sound travels far in open spaces.
⦿ OCCUPANCY LIMIT – The number of people at the property may not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity listed in the booking.
⦿ NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the home, on the decks, patios, and in the hot tub.
⦿ NO FIREWORKS – Fireworks are not allowed on the property or anywhere in the subdivision.
⦿ LOCK DOORS WHEN NOT HOME – Keep all main entry doors locked when the home is unoccupied for security.
CONSEQUENCES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS
⦿ $500 fine per infraction for any of the above rules.
⦿ $2,500 fine for violating the no events policy.
⦿ Immediate eviction with no refund for serious violations.
