Recently upgraded 3500 sq foot beautifully landscaped lake home with private dock, hot tub, built in fire pit and large outdoor deck overlooking a deep quiet cove . Our home is five minutes from major shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes to the Brawley street area.
This waterfront home with boat rentals, private dock, hot tub, two full kitchens, and over 3500 square feet comfortably sleeps up to 16 people! This home is beautifully designed and recently renovated with high end finishes and multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.
Our home is perfect for one or two families that love watersports, relaxation and the great outdoors. The main floor has a spacious open floor plan which is perfect for gathering with your family and friends. The Great room has a beautiful gas fireplace with a stone mantle and 60 inch ROKU television. There is a charming deck with french doors overlooking the lake, perfect for coffee in the morning or a cocktail at 5! The custom kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances, cookware and tools that you need for your home away from home! The dining table seats 8 -10 people comfortably and folding tables and chairs are provided for additional entertaining. There is a half bath on the first floor and a game room with Air Hockey, a Pool Table and foosball. There is also a half court basketball court outdoors.
The beautiful Main floor Master bedroom has a custom ensuite with rainfall shower heads as well as a plenty of closet space . There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first has a Queen size bed with a ROKU tv , the other has two full size beds. Both bedrooms share a large full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The spacious laundry room with Maytag appliances is also housed on this level.

Downstairs features a full kitchen, wet bar, dining area and a large family room equipped with a 60 inch Roku TV. French doors open to a tremendous deck area overlooking the lake with a jacuzzi, and many couches to engage with family. Enjoy the views of Lake Norman from our delightful porch swing. There is another Master king bedroom with a queen sized trundle and an ensuite bath also with a rainfall shower. There is a ROKU TV in the king bedroom.
Our home has a propane gas grill. Propane is provided and will be on site. All linens and towels are stocked and included at no additional charge.
Kayaks and Paddle boards are offered for all to enjoy! Life jackets are provided. There is a Boat rental available exclusively to our guests upon request.
