The Hot and property were exactly as advertised. We had a lot of trouble with Wifi which meant phones didn't work nor did the tv.A big storm came through the last day and caused power to go out and areas around the property were flooded with no way to check

The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very roomy, and on a quiet, secluded country road. We lacked nothing! A couple of suggestions (not deal breakers, but would be helpful) would be a bathroom in the basement for the bedrooms down there, and a new can opener for the kitchen!

Great place to hang out with friends, yard games and grilling by day, fire pit and hot tub by night. Plenty of space for 5 couples. There is absolutely no cell service for miles around so write down the codes and WiFi password before you travel.

Home was exactly as described in post and pictures were accurate. Kitchen had a very good amount of cooking utensils/pots/pans. We ended up not needing some of the basic pans we usually have to supply ourselves.Had 2 instances of NEEDING to contact the host.1. AC wasn't working the morning after check in - Host replied within 5 min and had someone ON SITE fixing it within an hour. Excellent communication and response time.2. Couldn't figure out how to lock the door at check out - Host replied immediately with accurate instructions I could follow through a text message.The only thing we would have found helpful was a written "book" or laminated sheet with some of the information written in the check in email. I didn't print it so had to say and write down information such as wifi info. We also were not sure of the check out instructions. Every place is different in terms of where to put the towels or do we remove the sheets... we didn't have that so ended up just removing the sheets. Overall, our family was VERY happy with the accomodations. We will be checking this cabin when we start planning for next year.

We had a great stay at the cabin! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas! We enjoyed all of the hiking nearby and the hot tub! The beds and couch were comfortable & We would stay again!

Overall, our experience was very positive. The house was well suited to our needs. A few negatives were the door to the freezer was missing and one of the knobs on the stove top was broken off. It would have been helpful to know the garbage pickup day. We arrived on a Sunday and there was a full garbage can at the end of the drive. We left it there and it was eventually picked up, but we weren't sure if there would be another pickup during the week. We also weren't sure if we should recycle cans and bottles. Some direction would have helped. The shower door in the trundle bedroom did not close properly. Again, overall we had a wonderful time. We probably will book again for next year.

The house is nice and the owner’s are very responsive. The interior was well done and comfortable for everyone in our group. Some wear and tear/ maintenance repairs would help improve the experience. The exterior/deck pictures in the Vrbo app are not very recent and look better the current exterior/deck.

Plenty of space for our Family getaway. Loved having a fire pit with seating and the onsite trail! Within 20-30 minutes to all major Hocking Hill trails. Beautiful time of year to visit!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The weekend went fast. Lots of stairs. If you have a party that cant do stairs do not come here but everything was clean and host was nice. The light in backyard was burnt out but host is gonna fix it. Bring your own ice. They did have a few ice cube trays but 16 people aren’t gonna get ice. Haha. They did have lots of utensils and spices. I would stay here again.

I have rented many VRBOs in the past and the first time I feel compelled to write a review like this. This could be a wonderful property if someone took the time and spent some money on upkeep. Looking back on these pictures now, I believe these must have been taken several years ago. There were many things needing improvement, starting with ceiling fan in living room looked like it has not been cleaned in 3 or 4 years. We were afraid to turn on for fear dirt would come flying down on our heads. The toilet seat in upstairs bathroom fell completely off the first time my 9 year old grandson sat on it. There were no Xs and Os for the tic tac toe and also no ring toss at all which was also pictured and which my grandkids were very disappointed in. The outdoor rope swing they were looking forward to was also broken. Show doors in main bathroom are off track. were numerous lightbulbs out, no sink stopper for kitchen and no cork screw. We bought the latter 2 items and left there for the next guests. The back deck is in serious need of work and there were no lounge chairs as shown in pictures. There is also no toilet in the downstairs which is odd given there are 3 double/queen beds so people had to walk up many stairs at night if needed. I did contact the host upon our arrival with some of these issues but simply got a "thank you for letting us know" no apology, no solution. I hope someone takes these suggestions to heart and fixes this property up.

Awesome getaway in the country

Loved our family stay here. Dogs had a blast, old man’s cave only 20 minutes away. Great trails for our side by side, nice hot tub, clean updated features. Great communication by host. We loved it.

Relaxing

Beautiful stay and great cabin location! Close to all of the hocking trails and far enough away to have peace and quiet. Lots of trails on the property to explore!

Kitchen Was pretty well equipt. Internet and cable wasn’t working and with no cell service it wasn’t good not having any connections if we had an emergency. But over all it was a nice cabin. Kids played wiffle ball and we walked the trails. We took coffee pods but no Kuerig like i saw in a picture, not a big issue but didn’t take ground coffee. There was a little bit of coffee left in the cabinet.

Great cozy cabin for big groups.

The cabin and property was amazing! Our group loved the firepit, hot tub, trail, and tree swing. The cabin was stocked with everything we could want or need. Would 100% stay here again!
