Nestled within a secure, fenced compound, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage offers a private deck, boat lift, and access to exciting bream ad bass fishing on the river and Lake George. Bring your boat, 20-30 minute boat ride to explore Salt Springs, Silver Glen Springs where Manatees are often spotted and savor meals at Renegades on The River. St. Augustine, a coastal gem, is just 40 miles away. Crescent City, 8 miles away, provides paddle boat and paddleboard rentals, a playground, and the unique semi-submarine ride at Hallie’s Landing.

Securely dock your boats in the 100' canal between the houses use the 3.000# lift in boat house or use the larger boat lift on the dock, complete with electricity and fish cleaning facilities.
