This secluded community offers a private beach, gulf-front pool, hot tub, beach bonfires available, underground parking, on-site fitness center, basketball court, luxury interior atrium and a grill and picnic area.
This beach retreat accommodates 8 guests, offering both a place to call home and pristine beaches to soak up the sun, float/swim in the tranquil emerald waters, and indulge in the beautiful sunsets.

Great condo! It is easily accessible from the parking garage & requires no steps/elevator to access the pool which was nice with kids & beach bags. The condo was comfortable & had everything we needed & more! Would definitely stay here again!
This trip exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I needed for a reset. As soon as we pulled in the grounds keeper came out and helped us get parked. Jenny was extremely helpful with communicating the spots to shop and eat. Codes were easy to remember and the room was simply amazing. The pics don’t lie on this unit. Very clean and spacious. Easy access to the beach and the pool and hot tub area stayed clean. We had perfect weather as well. We would definitely book again with Jenny and Scott.
Me and my family enjoyed our stay during Spring Break celebrating my daughter’s 20th birthday. This beautiful condo was conveniently located. I loved the fact that we had a private beach so it was very quiet and not a lot of people there at all. The condo is fully furnished and although we brought our own items, the kitchen is well stocked with whatever we needed. I loved the quietness of the area and also loved that it was conveniently located to Seaside (my teenagers favorite lol), Rosemary Beach, and even Destin. The check in/check out process was simple and easy to follow. The host was great and very responsive to whatever questions I had. This was my first time in 30A and I will definitely be back!
This was one of the best units we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, great location, quick easy access to pool and beach- everything you could want in a condo at the beach. The owner was very quick to offer assistance when we had an issue with the TV. My only con is that the beach in front of the condo does not allow your own tent (not the fault of our owners)- you have to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the company. Also, we could not turn the A/C lower than 70, so it was a little hot trying to sleep. But would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are so grateful that you had a great vacation. Our private beach does allow private beach chairs and private beach umbrellas, but does not allow tents unless it is a baby canopy which is allowed. We also do not have a lock on our thermostat so I’m unsure why you could not lower the temperature. I’ll have our maintenance department take a look at it - thanks again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to host you again in the near future.
My 2 daughters, 5 grandsons and I stayed in Gingers Escape for a summer grand finale week. The location is ideal and we loved just walking down the steps to the beach. The umbrella guys were very accommodating and had our chairs ready each day. The condo sleeping arrangement was perfect for us, the kitchen is well stocked and loved being on the ground level. My only thing I wish I could change are the sheets on the master bed. They are paper thin, top and fitted sheets didn’t match and the fitted sheet is pilling. Still, I’m looking forward to coming back to Gingers Escape.
We have stayed in this area for years so we knew what to expect location wise. We love Blue Mountain Beach. The condo was fine, suited our needs. The elevator was broken near our room our entire stay so that made things a little hard for unloading, getting to parking garage, etc. The listing advertises a beach wagon so we left ours at home, but when we arrived there wasn’t one. So I would just bring that myself next time. We also purchased the insurance for our stay, thankfully. They had a bunk bed that wasn’t built for any weight (child) that was put together with 1 nail. The nail couldn’t support anyone as it was pulling away from frame. Owner filed a claim and insurance paid for damage. It just wasn’t built to hold a person, unfortunately. Felt as if they only focused on that and never responded to messages from me after filing a claim.

Thank you so much for your review! I’m so sorry the elevator was inoperable during your stay. We didn’t receive notification it was down so my apologies for the inconvenience. We did respond to all your messages in VRBO and the last message between us was actually from me stating “thank you” which you can see in our VRBO message string. The bunkbeds were custom built, very solid and built into the wall and definitely built with more than one nail - The slat that was left broken was actually used by your party as a handle as someone climbed the ladder and it is definitely not a handle, it is a rail.
