Interior redecorado en 2019 con alfombra nueva, pintura fresca, muebles nuevos, remodelación de cocina completada en octubre de 2019. Dunas de Seagrove completaron las renovaciones exteriores completadas en 2017.

Nuevo mosaico en cubierta enorme (uno de los pocos con cubierta de mosaico)

Dunes of Seagrove es un condominio de lujo en Scenic Hwy 30A en la hermosa playa de Seagrove. Si está familiarizado con Scenic Hwy 30A, sabe que está a un paso de Destin y Panama City Beach.

El condominio fue redecorado profesionalmente en 2014 y nuevamente en 2019. Esto incluyó nuevos muebles de diseño (Drexel Heritage y Pottery Barn). En 2019, agregamos nuevas alfombras, pintura fresca, nueva iluminación y remodelamos la cocina.

Las imágenes no le hacen justicia a quizás uno de los mejores condominios de dos habitaciones en 30A. Queremos que tenga las mejores vacaciones que haya tenido a un precio razonable, por lo que estamos ofreciendo nuestro condominio a precios muy competitivos y con descuento. Obtiene un condominio de nivel de platino a un precio de nivel de bronce. Debido a que ofrecemos el mejor valor frente al mar, hemos experimentado continuamente una ocupación del 90% de enero a octubre (100% a fines de mayo hasta agosto). Nuestro principal objetivo es su satisfacción. Sabemos que su tiempo es precioso y queremos que disfrute cada minuto de sus vacaciones..

The communication from Ken was excellent. The entire process was easy and smooth. The condo had everything you needed to relax and just enjoy your vacation. Easy access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our condo and our stay at Dunes of Seagrove. The unit was gorgeous and spacious, the pool and pool restrooms were so nice and extremely clean, and the location was perfect! The owners of our unit were attentive and accessible. They had the best communication of any other owners of condo units we have ever stayed at. We cannot wait to go back!

Perfect for Two to Four

Extra clean. Appeared to have been updated. Very few steps to beach. Umbrella and chair guys were very professional and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants to appease the guest. Most beautiful sand in America. Owner very nice and helpful if needed. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We had a wonderful week with our family of 4! The condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We really liked that it was so close to the beach and pool and that it was set back from 30A, yet easy to access by a short walk or bike ride.

Great condo

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The amenities are also perfect for us, quiet beach, gym, tennis and pool. We spent many nights just sitting on the patio watching the kids play below. Perfect vacation.

Great Condo for beach vacation

Great condo with everything you need for a beach vacation. Nice big pool, big deck, easy access to the beach and covered reserved parking were some of our favorites. Appreciate the attention that Ken, the owner/host has made to include all the items that you might need on a vacation.

Beautiful stay

My sister and I stayed at Ken's place last week for our annual beach trip. Ken's condo is a wonderful place to stay. So many necessities were provided which made it such a comfortable stay. Everything worked well, it was clean and quiet with beautiful views, and there is not one negative thing to say about it. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for Families with Small Kids

Our Condo was beautiful and we could see the ocean perfectly from the master. It had all the accommodations that we needed. It is a short walk to the pool and the beach. Ken was so easy to get in touch with for anything at all. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fall Break!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. My sister & I (and a friend) stayed last spring. This time my sister & I took our parents. Like before, we enjoyed this condo very much. Very clean, comfortable and great location. The pool area is very nice and such an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the spacious patio at the condo as well. We had plenty of towels and other amenities inside the condo, too. Beds are very comfy and just the right amount of space for our group. I would highly recommend staying wat Ken's property. He makes the whole process very easy and is very nice to work with. Would love to visit again one day.

Excellent, gorgeous, perfect!

We enjoyed Ken's gorgeous condo! It was perfectly located close to everything! The spacious patio was perfect for morning coffee & cocktails in the evening! Ken checked on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect! Ken's a great guy with a beautiful & spacious condo. We were there with our 2 kids (11 & 14) & they each had a friend too. The pool was wonderful & big! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your condo, Ken! We will definitely be back!

Much needed getaway!

This unit was nicely decorated and well equipped. I wasn't expecting a single serve coffee maker (per photos), but was pleasantly surprised to have one available. I was contacted by the home owner ahead of check-in time and notified that early check in was available, if I was already in town. The owner was very responsive to any/all questions I had before and during my stay. My family has been coming to Dunes of Seagrove for approximately 20 years and this is the best unit we have stayed in so far! We WILL be back!

Platinum Plus Condo

Our stay in Ken’s condo was wonderful, it felt like home away from home. It is well equipped, and very welcoming and comfortable. We really enjoyed the lanai as well, it gets sun or shade all day long and has a great view. We had some cool, windy, days so the lanai warmed and protected us so we could still enjoy the outdoors. The location is fabulous, it’s a private beach enclave but yet so handy to 30A and all its fabulousness! Ken was a wonderful, caring, host. If we had any questions he was there for us with an immediate response. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

AWESOME!!!

As a repeat customer to Dunes of Seagrove, This unit is above the rest. Having stayed at other very nice condo's in this complex, Ken's Beachfront Platinum is by far my new favorite. Ken has set a new high standard in customer satisfaction. This unit is just flat out beautiful and clean. Well stocked and convenient to many of the local attractions along 30A. I highly recommend this unit. My family will be back sooner rather than later. Cheers Ken, Outstanding condo!!

Excellent Vacation

We've stayed in several units at Dunes of Seagrove, and keep coming back. We just love it! I wasn't sure we would make it this Fourth due to budget concerns, but this one proved to be an excellent value. Adequate space, covered parking, and the fabulous Seagrove beach, which even in the peak of summer is not nearly as crowded as much of 30A. The C building is not as close to the beach, but it's just a short walk thru the pool or under the shady garage. It worked well for our family of five given the extra sleeping options via sofa beds. Ken was a great host, a solid communicator before, during and after our stay. We had a little issue and it was taken care of within minutes. Five stars!

Teacher Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this condo stay! Ken made the process so smooth from start to finish. The condo is very neat and so nicely decorated. The patio is out of this world! It is very large compared to any patio I've ever had at any rental property or hotel. It has ample seating for lounging and an outdoor dining area. It also has a pretty view of pool area & the dune/beach. The location it perfect! You can quickly walk to the pool and then out onto the beach. We also felt it was so nicely located close to lots of restaurants, Deer Lake Park & the other 30A communities. The condo & complex was so nice and quiet and relaxing. The whole trip we just kept commenting on how we felt like we couldnt have picked a better place for a relaxing week (teachers wanting to rest over our spring break). We even enjoyed some walks in the neighborhood as well as renting bicycles nearby. The condo is well stocked with anything we needed (towels, pillows, etc.). We didnt use much in the kitchen (since we enjoyed many local restaurants), but the kitchen included lots of amenities as well. The beds were very comfortable as was the livingroom furniture. Ken communicated with us via text to welcome us at arrival & departure. He was so great to work with. This property & host receives our highest praise!! We loved everything about our week of rest, relaxation & good food on 30A!

I had been visiting Destin for years and always wanted to buy a condo there. However; in 2010, I began going to Seagrove Beach and I knew instantly that this is where I really wanted to be. I love everything about Seagrove Beach. One day I would love to live here full-time. That's why I chose the Dunes of Seagrove. My children and grandkids think this is the greatest place on earth. I agree and we think you will too once you've stayed here.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location is everything. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, we not only looked at the building and property, we observed the guests and talked to them.
Dunes of Seagrove is a quality, relatively new (2002) condo in a great neighborhood. Seagrove Beach is about half way between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. If you're familiar with 30a you know this is the nicest area of northwest Florida. Seagrove Beach is a little quieter than Destin and a lot less crowded. Everybody bikes here. Biking is a great way to see the area (and people). We love the biking and hiking as much as walking on the pristine beach. Well, almost. Great restaurants and shopping are all around and it's only 20 minutes to Pier Park and 25 minutes to the Destin outlet mall. The new Northwest Florida Beach International Airport is only 35 minutes away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Every morning we sit out on the balcony and drink our coffee while overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf. Everyone loves the beach and pool and they are only steps away, but Seagrove Beach offers so much more. We love the biking, nature walks, and kayaking almost as much as the pristine beach. Deer Lake Park is adjacent to the condo. In the afternoon we love to watch the sunset over the beach from our balcony. Another plus is that our condo faces south toward the gulf. Therefore, you can watch the sunset from the balcony without the early morning or late afternoon sun glaring directly into your condo.
